2、obe.As a undergraduate majoring in Chinese,my curricula is divided into two parts,theLinguistics and the Literature.First,the Linguistics part.I have learnt aboutContemporary Chinese which contains the study about pronunciation,lexicalknowledge and grammar of Chinese,while acquiring the knowledge ab
3、out theevolvement of characters as well as the comprehension and use of ancient Chinese inAncient Chinese courses.Second,the Literature part.It covers the study of literarymasterpieces.the history of literature and the literature theory.Through my 18 months of study,I learnt that words own the abili
4、ty to express oursensibility;learning the ancient poems and verses contributes to cultivating ourliterary taste while helping us feel the charm of ancient words;reading literary worksenables us to accumulate writing materials and enhance our writing ability;studyingthe literature theory conduces to
5、develop our literary concept systematically.Thereare also other relative courses in Chinese major.For examples,Interviewing andWritinginJournalismandDocumentWriting for instanceimpartusthefoundamental skills.Speech and Eloquence make us appreciate the beauty andsubtlety of speaking,We have learnt de
6、bating skills,reciting method and so on.English is the subject that we have been learning from childhood to adulthood.Asa language subject as well,English have a great influence on the study of Chinesemajor.ThereisaForeignLiteraturecourseofferedforChinesemajorstudents.Leaning English well can help u
7、s to comprehend foreign literature and readoriginal work.After graduation，if you wants to get a good job,it is important to passCollege English Test Band 4 and Band 6.If you wants to work at Teaching Chinese asa Second Language,mastery of English can be as important as ChineseI Believe,in the near future,Chinese will be a universal language。.
