17、rah might be upset if you forget her first name.Of course, regular breaks are important and its better not to work fbr long periods without taking one, stopping for rest about every twenty minutes is best.Finally, take care of yourself physically. Avoid substances like coffee, alcohol or drugs, because they dull the mind. And dont forget your vitaminsB1 and B2 are particularly good for the memory.
