12、sleep.”And it isnt only the amount of sleep weget;the quality matters too!A study published in the Journal for Clinical Sleep Medicine reported that those whobinged television more often were found to have poorer sleep quality.The mental arousal we get from watchingTV doesnt lend itself to peaceful
