2、upationalhealthandriskfactors7、附录16AppendixDCS 复原通电调试方案一、第一步 DCS 配电柜受电:应该先断开电气侧UPS 的电1K2MG-E专业技术人员绩效管理与业务能力提升练习与答案源开关(根据设计情况,有的两路用两套UPS,有的用一套UPS)、DCS 配电柜的总开关及至 DCS 各控制柜的小空气开关。由电建单位电气专业检查电气来两路电源的线路相间绝缘及总开关对地绝缘(用摇表),符合要求后先合一路 UPS 电源,在 DCS 配电柜内测量电源品质,包括电压及频率,没有问题后合上配电柜内总开关,测量总开关的出口(输出电压)是否满足要求,若没有问题再把D
3、CS 配电柜内总开关断开。用同样方法再检查电气来的另一路电源。两路都没有问题后,都合上,再检查DCS 配电柜内总开关的输出电压品质,没有问题后,电气送至DCS 配电柜成功。(如果有两路的话,也可能当前只有一路临时电源经过 UPS 送至 DCS 配电柜)二、第二步 各 I/O 控制柜受电:应该先检查各控制机柜的信号地及系统地的接地情况,并记录数据,检查 DCS 配电柜内各空开的单相对地绝缘及相间绝缘(用万用表量一下电阻即可),把所有 I/O 卡件拔出其浮空(以后根据试运进度选择逐个卡件投入运行,例如明天准备转引风机,线也接完了,量一下现场来的信号没有强电压及强电流后才可以投入卡件)。没有问题后逐
4、个控制机柜送电,也是先送一路,检查电源品质没问题且DPU状态指示灯显示正常后,断开再合另一路,没问题后再两路都合上,再检查双电源供电时的电源品质。三、第三步 各 MMI 上位机受电:也是先检查DCS 配电柜内空开绝缘及线路绝缘,没问题后先合一路再合另一路,最后两路都合上。四、第四步 网络交换机受电:同上。正常后在上位机查看网络状况是否正常。五、整个 DCS 系统所有部件都上电正常后(包括检查直流部分的供电及输出是否正常),进行电源冗余试验及网络冗余试验六、受电过程中应记录各种数据,包括电气至DCS 配电柜的电源电压等品质,线路相间绝缘,总开关对地绝缘,控制柜的信号地及安全地的接地电阻,电子间内
5、的温度湿度等,将来写报告及存档用。包括检查 DCS 配电柜内各小空气开关的相间及对地绝缘(这个用2K2MG-E专业技术人员绩效管理与业务能力提升练习与答案万用表大体测量一下电阻即可),检查各控制柜内接地线与接地铜排连接是否紧密。七、组织分工要明确,包括调试所、电建单位、DCS 厂家、监理等单位,谁指挥谁操作谁监护都要明确,确保通讯联系畅通,一有问题马上能快速处理(一般问题不大,但现场首次受电也可能存在些不确定因素),包括两个专业热工与电气(电气只负责把两路合格电源送至 DCS 配电柜),要有可操作性比较强的受电方案步骤,受电前要进行详细的交底会议,明确各岗位职责,避免误操作。Commissio

36、earth resistance is whether less than 4 and whether the connection of theearth resistance is good;5.2.3 DCS 系统首次上电,投入各电源模件的电源开关,用万用表测试电源模件的输出直流电压,观察电源模件的状态指示灯。指示灯状态应正确,输出电压值应在厂家说明书规定的范围内。如果出现错误状态指示,应进行停电检查,处理完后再重新送电。填写机柜送电检查测试纪录。安装恢复工作站、SM201 的软件;恢复系统正常运行;If the DCS is the first time to electrify,th
37、e power switch of power moudle should be put intorunning,measure the output DC by universal meter and observe the status indicator of power moudle.The state of indicator should be correct,and the output voltage is in the range of instruction manualsupplied by manufacturer.If not,cut off the power an
38、d have a check,supply power again after theproblem is handled.Then,fill the check and measuring record for the cabinet power supplying.Installand recover the working station and SM201 software;recover the system to normal running;5.2.4 DCS 系统硬件测试;Check the hardware of DCS;5.2.4.1 采用信号发生器从 DCS 系统卡件上送
39、入信号,在 CRT 画面上读出数据,记录并计算出精度误差;Use the signal-generator from DCS card to enter signal,read data from CRT frame and make therecord,calculate accuracy error.5.2.5 数据公路的检查测试,通讯系统、通讯接口;Check data road,communication system and communication interface;5.2.5.1 采用通讯网络检查仪检查各通讯网络线及接口是否正常;10K2MG-E专业技术人员绩效管理与业务能力

42、ic,the process is whether undisturbed.5.2.6.2 模件可维护性试验。任意拔出一块 I/O 卡件,检查对系统的其它部分是否有影响;Modular unit maintainability experiment.Choose any of the I/O card willfully,check other sectionhave been effect.5.2.6.3 模拟量信号实时性测试。按不同采样周期各选 36 点,加入模拟量信号进行测试;The analog quantity signal which can get at any time.Use
43、 different sampling period to choose 3 to 6points,add modular unit signal to test.5.2.6.4CRT 画面响应时间测试。通过键盘或球标切换操作员站 CRT 画面,记录从最后一个调用操作完成到画面全部内容显示的时间;CRT frame response time experiment.Through keyboard or ball mark to throw-over the CRT frameof operation station,record from the last call to the time
44、of the whole frame.5.2.7 报表打印功能试验 test of report form printing function启动报表定时打印功能,检查定时打印的报表格式、内容和时间应符合要求。Start up report form printing function,check whether the format,content and time of theform which is printed periodically accord with the requirement通过功能键盘或轨迹球鼠标,在操作员站上选中系统内所有报表,并触发随机(召唤)打印功能,系统应

47、 switching value should be correct.5.2.8 历史数据存储和检索功能试验Test of storage of historical data and searching function从历史数据库中选取一组记录点,内容应包括模拟量、开关量、操作记录、系统事件等。Choose a record point from historical database which should contains analog quantity,switching value,operation record and system matters,etc.分别组态当前时段(
48、短期)的历史数据报表和曲线,并显示打印、报表、曲线的数据和时间应正确,整个操作过程应无故障报警。Configurate the historical data form and curve in this period,the data and time whichdisplay the printing,form and curve should be correct,the whole operation process should be nomalfunction alarm.分别组态已转储至磁带或光盘(长期)的历史数据报表和曲线,系统应提示需提供已转储时段的历史数据磁带或光盘,插入相
49、应的磁带或光盘,予以激活,并显示打印,报表、曲线的数据和时间应正确,整个操作过程应无故障报警。Configurate the historical data form and curve which has been stored in the tape or opticaldisc(for long term),the system will remind to supply the historical data tape or optical disk whichhas been stored,and then insert the homologous tape or optical
50、disk so that it could be activated.The data and time which display the printing,form and curve should be correct,the wholeoperation process should be no malfunction alarm.5.2.9 SOE 功能检查 SOE function check在 SOE 输入端子上,以先后顺序进行逐点模拟,检查是否记录正确,进行功能检查。Simulate one by one on SOE input terminal,check whether
