5、生育家庭的社会风险的也随之增加，渐渐产生了一个特殊的群体- 失独人群 .失去了唯一的孩子对于这些家庭来讲无疑是毁坏灭亡性的打击，他们一方面要承受丧子之痛，另一方面还要承当来自养老、社会、精神、心灵上的压力。面对日渐庞大的 失独人群 ,国家和社会给予了物质、政策层面的扶持和关注，但对于 失独家庭 影响较大的精神层面，仍然缺乏一个有效的途径来帮助他们走出窘境。 通过对(北京市西城区失独家庭调查报告情况进行分析，总结归纳出失独家庭所面临的物质和精神窘境。面对窘境，北京市及西城区出台了相关的政策，并在物质层面给予了一定的帮助，但是总体而言，失独者在外面临着无助、诉求难以得到实现的境地，在内只能通过 抱
6、团取暖 的方式获得心灵上的慰藉。十分需要指出的是，失独家庭的需求是多样化的，而且更多的是精神层面的需求，仅靠并不能知足他们真正的需求，而缺乏有效的途径以及专业的方式方法进行开导，是导致很多失独家庭成员陷入精神危机的重要原因。 专业社会工作对 失独家庭 的参与，具有特别重要理论意义、现实意义和深远意义。对此，本文从社会工作的视角，结合(北京市西城区失独家庭调查报告所反映的失独家庭现实需要及该区的相关帮扶实践，分析失独家庭的内在需求和所面临的窘境，尤其是失独家庭成员最关注的精神需求，并以此为切入点、结合点、突破点，着重探寻求索在怎样运用社会工作专业技巧，运用社会个案工作、小组工作、社区工作三大方式
7、方法，通过资源的开掘、心灵的重塑等社会工作途径，从理论和实践的角度讨论专业社会工作对失独家庭的参与的策略，讨论帮助失独家庭重新树立自信心、摆脱窘境的途径和方式方法。 本文关键词语：社会工作 失独家庭 参与策略 Abstract The promotion of the national policy also brought major changes to the family structurein China-the nucleus family with three members with the child as the core has become themainstream.

The country and society havegiven support and concern to the increasing number of the parents losing the only child inform of material and policy. However, there is still the lack of effect
10、ive ways to help themout of the spiritual predicament which exerts great influence on those families. Based on theanalysis of Survey Report of the Families Losing their Only Child in Xicheng District ofBeijing, the material and spiritual difficulties confronted by the families will be summarized. To
11、 support the families, relevant policies were issued by Beijing and Xicheng Districtgovernment about the subsidies for the families. However, as a whole, the group of peopleis still mired in helplessness because it is hard to satisfy their appeals. They have to unite thepeople of the like to obtain
12、the spiritual comfort. What is worth emphasizing, the demand ofthe families losing the only child are diversified and more about mentality which cannot bemet by the government alone. The lack of the effective and professional approaches isregarded as the main reason to bring many of the families int
13、o the spiritual crisis. The involvement of the professional social work into the families losing the onlychild is of great significance theoretically, practically and profoundly. Therefore, the essay aimsto make an analysis of the internal demand and difficulties of the families losing the onlychild
14、, particularly the spiritual demand they concern most based on the reality reflected fromSurvey Report of the Families Losing their Only Child in Xicheng District of Beijing. Theauthor will highlight the ways to apply the professional social work skills and the three majormethods such as social indi
15、vidual cases, group work and community work with theirdemands as the entry point, joint point and breakthrough point to discuss about the strategiesof the involvement of the professional social work into those families and about the ways toencourage the families to rebuild the confidence and get rid of the dilemma from thetheoretical and practical angle by means of resource excavation and spiritual remodeling.
