14、端午节在中国的民间节日中可以算得上隆重，粽子、茶鸡蛋、插艾蒿等都是端午节的特色。 小时候过端午节我足足能提前兴奋上一周，因为可以吃上香喷喷的粽子了，那个时候生活比较单调，也很苦，不是过节平常是什么也吃不到的。说起粽子，它不仅好吃，最主要的是在包粽子的过程中，表达着乐趣。每年端午一到，母亲在头一天晚上跑上一盆糯米，其次天早上便是我和母亲一起包，绿绿的粽叶里加上糯米和大枣，包成三棱形的粽子，包好后放在大锅里足足煮上3、4个钟头，之后母亲把粽子泡在备好的两水桶内，凉了以后细细地拨开竹叶，咬上一口白嫩的糯米，紫红的大枣就露出头来，蘸白糖再吃，那时吃起来是那么的香甜可口，耐人回味。 端午节前夕，家家把在

18、节日才有的“特权喝甜酒，每家小孩都可以在过年过节破例喝甜酒，这也是无形规定，只是没在村里发文形成文字而已。喝甜酒始终以来是我们这样的儿童最艳羡的事，仿佛可以找到于大人同醉的感觉。只是端午的甜酒最独特的就是第一碗会被父母强制性地拌点雄，说是辟邪与壮胆，喝了这个酒才能更快长成男子汉，一听这说，自己也一扫眼中的无奈咕噜咕噜喝下去。中午饭后，就可以看到一个个红通通脸蛋的儿童，或手拎着剩余的粽子，或手持着鸡腿，每个人嘴角都是油乎乎，乌黑的眸子里带着节日的醉意，间或还会互相沟通下什么“地转的好厉害之类的“醉酒心得。在那时，这一切都显得无比的奢华而让人向往。如今，人们生活水平提高了，肉类食品也很一般地走入百
