7、nd,to their love or to the casino without being seen.To solve the problem,the use of masks came up.The government even required citizens to wear masks at some political decision-making events when all citizens were required to vote anonymously(匿名地匿名地).On the other side,Citizens of Venice were seamen
8、,merchants and adventurers.They ruled over a big part of the eastern Mediterranean Sea and they were used to the openness and freedom of the sea.So,maybe its not that strange that these people wished to keep the feeling of freedom by wearing masks once they were at home.Why did Venice people wear ma
