5、 and cognitive psychology, the course describes the basic characteristics of user actions and establishes the basic method of user model. The main contents include: the concept of user value, user needs, user action characteristics, action needs, perceived needs and cognitive needs. Through the investigation and analysis of these needs, the establishment of user model.
