What makes this worse is that these executives seem to have the consent of some political leaders. Some of the e

A few top leaders in the government are under investigation for illegal activities. This doesnt even scratch the surface of the problem. A

26、ith all types of employees. The ones that are the leastproductive are those who are not adaptive. They may have high IQ points, but they just dont understand how to applytheir theories to reality. I recently read a book byDaniel Goleman, which suggested that the true measure of intelligence was not
27、IQ, but rather EQ or Emotional Intelligence. This made a lot of sense to me. I have never been at the top of my class, but I have always been efficient and worked well with other people. I have always taken good communication skills my number one priority. I think only testing how well a person solv
28、es complicated academic problems fails to take into accountof other abilities, which can be just as crucial and even more so to a persons accomplishments. In fact, many of the idea people have a real hard time getting their point across. They simply dont have the skills to demonstrate how valuable t
29、heir idea might be. Sure, the world would be lost without these idea people, but Id rather hire someonewith superior EQ.
