1、 我国中小企业员工培训中的问题和对策研究我国中小企业员工培训中的问题和对策研究摘要员工培训是现代人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是中小企业获得可持续发展人力资源的一种重要手段。培训的好坏直接影响到员工的素质和工作绩效,更影响到企业的整体竞争力。中小企业必须真正的认识到培训的重要性,在管理实践中不断的学习和研究,才能将自己的人力资源优势发挥出来,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败。本文以我国中小企业员工培训为研究对象,阐述了现今员工培训工作的形式、对象和内容,并对培训方法和工具进行了介绍。对其中存在的培训观念不正确、经费投入不足、培训需求分析缺乏、培训层次性不强、培训方式单一、考核和激励制度缺乏等问题进行了
2、概述,并对每一问题进行了原因分析。针对各个问题提出了相应的解决对策和建议:应正确认识培训的地位和潜在价值并加大培训的投入、在培训前要进行需求分析、加强培训的层次性、拓展培训的方式、提高培训人员的素质和建立有效的考核、配套激励制度等。以此促进我国中小企业健康发展。关键词:中小企业;员工培训;需求分析;激励制度THE RESEARCH ABOUT THE PROBLEMS AND MEASURES OF THE STAFF TRAINING IN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN CHINAABSTRACTStaff training is an important

In this paper, research object was the staff training of small and medium enterprises in China. It described the forms, objects and contents of
5、staff training , and introduced the training methods and tools. The problems existence in the training are the incorrect concept, the shortage of fundings, the training approaches are too monotonous and the lack of assessment and incentive systems. Then put measures and suggestions forward to each p
6、roblems. For example, the enterprise should have the awareness of training and give an increasing numbers of investments in training. Before training staff demands should be analyzed, and the training methods should be developed to improve the training level. The last but not least, establishing an
