1、Lesson Plan Presentation (Ml UI)11890215缪云婷Hello, Everyone! Its my great honor to present my lesson plan here. The lesson plan I am going to talk about is Anne s best friend. It is a reading material from NSEFC Module 1 Unit 1 Friendship. I will explain my teaching plan in following five aspects: fi
2、rst, the analysis of the teaching material and the learning condition; second, learning objectives; third, teaching ideology and method; forth, teaching procedures; and last one, my blackboard design.The analysis of the teaching material and the learning conditionThe reading material is from NSEFC m
3、odule 1 unit 1, of which the topics are friends and friendship. This passage mainly introduces Annes best friend. The passage consists of 4 paragraphs. The first paragraph is the leading-in of the passage. The second paragraph is the introduction of Anne and her best friend, her diary, Kitty. The se
4、cond part from para.3 to para.4 is a page of Annes diary telling us the feeling of Anne when she was in the hiding place.The students are from grade 1 in senior high school. They are familiar with the topic friendship, but they still need more practice of speaking. Besides, they may not know the bac
5、kground information of WWII and Anne. Furthermore, their vocabulary is limited, which increases their difficulties in understanding some sentences.Teaching ideology and methodI will follow the interactive principle and mainly adopt the three-stage model including pre-reading, while-reading and post-
6、reading. Moreover, Audio-visual method is also applied and Multimedia devices and PPT documents is used as my teaching aids.To help students become more autonomous learners and develop their critical thinking is particularly emphasized. And as an important out-put of language learning, speaking is p
7、articularly practiced in my class.Learning objectivesBased on the analysis of the teaching material, the learning condition, and the teaching ideology, I set the following learning objectives:First, language skills.By the end of the class, my students will be able to describe their friends and give
8、opinions on friendship, to use different expressions to express agreements and disagreements (I agree. Yes, I think so. So do I. Me too. Exactly. No problem. I dont think so. Neither do I. thats not right.), and to give advice by using different sentences and to write a letter of advice. (Why not.?

And they will have right value of friendship.Among these learning objectives, it is considered as the language focus that students can practice speaking as much as possible.Teaching proceduresThere are 5 steps in my teaching procedures, lead-in, pre-reading, while reading, post-readi
11、ng, and homework.In stepl lead-in, 3 activities are designed (10) In activityl, students listen to a song and guess the topic of the class. This can motivate students9 interest in the topic of friends. In activity 2 brainstorm, students are encouraged to think about different kinds of friendship wit
12、h the help of pictures on the PPT. This can cultivate students9 ability of thinking. In activity 3 free talk, students are encouraged to think about what should friends be and then they are invited to talk about their best friends using the adjectives. Besides, they are encouraged to answer the ques
13、tion that why we need friends with the pictures on the PPT. This activity is designed to cultivate the ability of speaking.In step 2 pre-reading (2) students guess what the passage is mainly about from 第2页,共4页the picture on the PPT. Students will be able to predict the content according tothe title
14、and the pictures.In step 3 while-reading (18) 2 activities are designed. In activity 4 skimming (3) students are supposed to answer some questions after listening to the tap. It enables students get the general idea of the passage by skimming. In activity 5 detailed reading (15) students are asked t
15、o read the passage part by part. And then some of the students are invited to answer some questions about the details of the passage. By detailed reading, students can learn more about Annes feelings when she was hiding in the secret place. Besides, students can practice the ability of speaking.In s
16、tep 4 post-reading (9), 2 activities are designed. In activity 6, comprehending (4),students read the passage again and finish Exercise land 2 in the book. In activity?, discussion (5), students are asked to discuss their opinions on Annes feeling. Both of the 2 activities are designed to enable stu
