6、行过防腐处理(镀锌防腐),但由于焊接对防腐层的破坏 故仍需进行防腐处理,具体处理方法如下:1)清理焊渣2)刷三遍防锈漆。3)刷三遍保护面漆,有防火有要求时要刷三遍防火漆。(11)连接件施工质量评定:1)三维方向的误差控制。2)连接件本身的翘曲、扭曲质量控制。3)焊缝的长度及焊缝质量。3)铁件防腐处理。2、竖龙骨安装工艺及技术方案干挂主框架用螺栓连接于连接铁件上,必须随时检查施工质量,平整度、垂直度偏差应符合规定。(1)竖龙骨安装精度要求高而占有极重要的地位。如果竖龙骨安装完,则整个工程进度都较易 控制了,故此作业无论从技术上还是管理上都要分外重视。(2)竖龙骨安装一般由下而上进行,带芯套的一端
7、朝上。第一根竖龙骨按悬垂构件先固定上端, 调正后固定下端;第二根竖龙骨将下端对准第一根竖龙骨上端的芯套用力将第二根竖龙骨套上,并保 留15mm的伸缩缝,再吊线或对位安装梁上端,依此往上安装。(3)竖龙骨安装后,对照上步工序测量定位线,对三维方向进行初调,保持误差lmm,待基本 安装完成后在下道工序再进行全面调整。(4)关键问题:1)竖龙骨选择型号、规格正确无误。2)螺栓安装避免出现死角,以保持螺栓孔的可调节性。3)选择恰当的安装顺序。4)注意材料安全(防损伤、防丢失),操作安全。5)注意使用热镀锌角码时不得忘记竖龙骨与角码之间的防腐处理。3、次龙骨安装工艺(1)工艺操作流程:施工准备一检查各材
8、料质量一就位安装一检查。主立挺安装完毕,检查质量符合要求后,才可安装次龙骨,次龙骨采用角钢制作,采用螺栓与主 龙骨连接。并应确保水平度偏差符合设计要求,位置调整达到安装精度要求后,方可进行焊接固定。 焊缝处经清渣后涂刷三遍防锈漆。(2)基本操作说明:1)施工准备:在次龙骨安装前要做好的施工准备有:第一,资料准备。要熟悉图纸,不能将次 龙骨装错;第二,材料准备。要准备好各种材料,清查各材料的规格数量是否符合要求,施工人员要 有各次龙骨应在那儿就位的观点;第三,人员准备;第四,施工段现场的清理,由于有可能出现因排 栅等原因次龙骨不能正常安装的情况,故在施工前要进行清理工作。2)检查各种材料质量:在
9、安装前要对所使用的材料质量进行合格检查,包括检查次龙骨是否已 被破坏,冲口是否按要求冲口,同时所有冲口边是否有变形,是否有毛刺边等,如发现类似情况要将 其清理后再进行安装。3)就位安装:次龙骨就位安装先找好位置,将次龙骨角码预置于次龙骨两端,再将次龙骨垫圈 预置于次龙骨两端,用螺栓穿过次龙骨角码,垫圈及竖龙骨,逐渐收紧螺栓。4)检查:次龙骨安装完成后要对次龙骨进行检查,主要查以下几个内容:次龙骨的就位是否有 错,次龙骨与竖龙骨接口是否吻合,次龙骨垫圈是否规范整齐,次龙骨是否水平,次龙骨外侧面是否 与竖龙骨外侧面在同一平面上。4、石材板块安装工艺(1)根据测量结果结合板材加工图(倒角、磨边、六面
10、防护)、施工图,对合格的石材进行安 装前复查。(2)依据石材编号-检查板材的色泽度,使同面的板材不要产生明显色差,最低限度要求,颜色 逐渐过渡。将花岗岩放在阳光充足处,人在2米外观察,基本调和。天然花岗岩的色差级一般分为A、B、C 三种,同一立面只能存在A、B两种或B、C两种,A与C绝不能在同一立面出现。(3)按图纸要求,用经纬仪打出大角两个面的竖向控制线,在大角上下两端固定挂线的角钢, 用钢丝挂竖向控制线,并在控制线的上、下作出标记。(4)支底层板材托架,放置底层板板,调节并暂时固定。(5)固定螺栓,镶铝合金固定件,如果板材与平面线不平齐则调整微调螺栓,调整平齐,紧固 螺栓,并将螺母用云石胶
11、固定,防止螺母松动。(6)板间缝按设计尺寸留出。5、干挂石材工程质量重点及关键点的技术保证措施(1)干挂结构强度及变形。干挂结构强度及变形是干挂产品质量的关键点。干挂石材作为建筑物的围护结构,首要一条是要 满足其强度和变形,其次是满足功能使用性。所以,强度和变形性是干挂产品的重点和关键。应采取 以下几个方面技术措施进行控制:1)竖料的强度和刚度要进行严格的结构计算,其干挂结构的组成件、竖料、板片、胶、连接件、 预埋件、螺栓等必须满足规范要求。2)干挂所用材料的表面处理,也是影响干挂结构牢固性及耐久性的关键,所有碳钢表面必须进 行符合设计和规范要求的热浸镀锌处理。3)为满足干挂产品的允许变形,干
12、挂结构必须为悬挂结构,竖料间应留有一定的伸缩间隙,连 接角码必须具有三维可调,在连接角码上开水平方向长条孔,孔距可调为50mm,在龙骨料竖直方向 开50mm长条可调孔,满足结构的伸缩位移。(2)安装板材的防雷装置。竖向龙骨间用热镀锌圆钢焊接连接,避雷间距不大于12m,横向不大于10m,此避雷网格的间距小 于lOmXIOm或12mx8m,避雷钢筋与预埋件和土建避雷引下线焊接,长度不小于100mm,具体做法为去 除龙骨处镀锌层,采用螺栓将扁钢与方钢管连接,扁钢周围涂耐候胶,进行接地电阻测试,并保证接地 电阻符合设计要求,对石材幕墙的主龙骨骨架及防雷装置系统自检合格进行质量评定后,办理隐蔽、 签证。
13、经业主、监理、地方质检部门检查验收后进行面板安装。(3)石材面板安装面板安装前必须在地面进行试拼,确定确保颜色一致的情况下才能正式往墙上安装,安装时根据 标高先固定下端,然后再调整进出位置后,固定上部。1)将已安装后切螺栓、铝合金扣件的石材挂在挂件上固定;2)如果石材与平面线不平齐则调整微调螺栓,调整平齐,紧固螺栓;3)安装止滑螺栓;4)后一块板的安装以前一块板及纵横平面线为基准。其他与第一块同。同时须注意调整石材的 横缝直线度,竖缝直线度,拼缝宽度允许偏差符合规范要求;5)是否有色差超过标准的板块;6)是否有已经损坏的板块;加固:调整后及时加固,确保每一块石材的安装成功率,最后清洗、抛光、打
14、蜡。(4)检查验收每次安装时,从安装过程到安装完毕,全过程进行质量控制,验收也是穿插与全过程中,验收的 内容有:1)板材自身是否有问题;2)胶缝大小是否符合设计要求,胶缝是否横平竖直;3)石材板块是否有错面现象,色差是否在允许范围内;4)石材角是否损坏;验收记录、上扣件、上石材胶等属于隐蔽工程的范围,要按隐蔽工程的有关规定做好各种资料。(5)质量标准及成品保护1)花岗石的品种、形状、几何尺寸、光洁度、颜色、图案要符合设计。2)所有粘结材料,干挂配件必须符合设计要求及有关标准规定。3)表面平整、洁净、颜色均匀一致,缝格均匀,板缝通顺。4)面层垂直度、平整度、接缝要求、阳角方正的偏差在施工规范允许

41、表面热浸镀锌; 石材面板采用挂件结构系统,局部采用后置背栓。主要做法如下:表面热漫螃表面热浸不翻隔当K 3M娜防撷前石材长短边连接方式二、石材幕墙的安装工艺流程:石材幕墙施工流程图龙骨焊接处二次防锈处理(三遍刷涔)三、各施工程序详细说明1、连接件安装工艺及技术方案(1)连接件的作用都是为了将石材与主体结构连接起来,故连接件的安装质量将直接影响干挂的结 构安装质量。(2)在安装前检查连接件是否符合要求,是否是合格品,热镀锌是否按标准进行,开口槽是否符合 产品标准。(3)寻准埋件。预埋件的作用就是将连接件固定,使幕墙结构与主体於结构连接起来。故安装连接 件时首先要寻找埋件,只有寻准了埋件才能很准确
42、地安装连接件。(4)对照竖龙骨垂线。竖龙骨的中心线也是连接件的中心线,故在安装时要注意控制连接件的位置, 其偏差小于2nlln。(5)拉水平线控制水平高低及进深尺寸。虽然埋件已控制水平高度,但由于施工误差影响,安 装连接件时仍要拉水平线控制其水平及进深的位置以保证连接件的安装准确无误。(6)点焊。在连接件三维空间定位确定准确后要进行连接件的临时固定即点焊。点焊时每个焊 接面点2-3点,要保证连接件不会脱落。点焊时要两人同时进行,一人固定位置,另一个点焊,这样 协调施工同时两人都要做好各种防护;点焊人员必须是有焊工技术操作证者,以保证点焊的质量。(7)验收检查。对初步固定的连接件按层次逐个检查施工质量,主要检查三维空间误差,一定要将误差控制在误差范围内。三维空间误差工地施工控制范围为垂直误差小于2mm,水平误差小于 2mm,进深误差小于3mm。
