1、2023年国际工程管理演讲稿 The role of contract and material management in current International Construction Management .大家好,今天我想同大家讨论的是现阶段就我国在国际工程项目管理方面尚存在的一些问题。 Hello everybody, today I want to discu with you about the existing problems in Chinas International Construction Management in current. 在现阶段的国际工程项目管
2、理中,我个人认为熟悉和了解与国际工程咨询和承包相关的法律及国际惯例,是国际工程项目管理所应具有的最基本的专业技能。然而现阶段我国合同管理人员和物资管理人员的素质远跟不上国际工程项目管理的需要。这就要求我们必须给予合同管理和物资管理以非常的关注,特别要做到以下两点: At present stage of Chinas International Construction Management .I think understanding and familiar with the international project-related laws and regulations or int
3、ernational common practice, is the basic profeional skills that the international construction management shouldhave.However, The person in our current contract management and materials management system can not catch up with the quality of much international constructionmanagementneeds.This require
4、s us to pay a very attention to the contract management and materials management as follow: 1。 保证合同管理的龙头作用 1.To ensure the contract managements leading role . 严格地说,在项目执行过程中的所有事项,几乎均与合同有关。因此,我们必须把合同管理看作是其他一切管理即施工管理、成本管理和物资管理等的基础。没有良好的合同管理,也就不会有良好的其他管理。任何其他管理的工作人员都必须有合同观念,一切从合同出发,才能保证项目管理的顺利成功。 Strict
5、ly speaking, almost all matter in the project implementation proce , are related to the contract.Therefore, we have to contract management as the foundation of all other management,such as, construction management, cost management and material management.Without good contract management, there would
6、nt have other good management.Therefore, every management staff must have the strong contract concept,and all starting is from the contract,then the project management will be ensured smooth and succeful. 2。让物资管理成为项目管理的可靠保证 2.To ensure materials management as a reliable guarantee of project manageme
7、nt 在国际项目中,国际之间的通讯联络不便、订货到货的周期很长等特点,使物资管理工作的难度非常大,不给以特别的重视是不行的。又加之物资管理工作的模式很多,但无论执行何种模式,物资管理工作的重点都应是要保证按质、按量、按价、按时的供应好各种工程材料和设备。 In international projects,The communication between the international is inconvenience and the cycle of the shipping order is so long that makes the working of material man
