1、2023年中英文投资合作意向书 Letter of Intent 合作意向书After friendly consultations based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit本着平等互的原则，经过友好的协商，_ Party A/甲方and与_ Party B/乙方have agreed to execute this Letter of Intent LOI to accord the understanding reached duringdiscuions and to indicate the continuing co
2、rporation.一致同意以本意向书实前期谈判中达成的解并指导后续的合作。The purpose of this LOI is to set forth certain non-binding understandings and certain bindingcommitments between both parties with respect to a proposed transaction/investment betweenboth parties.本意向书旨在陈述与双方交/投资有关的干无拘束的认识和具有拘束的约定。Part I: Proposed Transaction/In
