18、fined functional team within a unit,but it can also be a cross-functional team(fixed or temporary)that has a clear assignment to work with.These teams can exist on all levels of the unit 全球化团队是典型的确定的功能性组织,但是也可以包含有确切任务的协作团队(固定的或暂时的)。这些小团队可以存在于所有的组织层面A goal oriented team have a clear understanding of

29、s for managing change in critical business processes and allows a company to prioritize what really matters by aligning everyones efforts behind common goals 决策部署是具体计划,推行和复查流程。它是为了临界行业的管理变革提出的,它要求公司通过每个人的存在的真正的问题矫正整体目标。Policy deployment is a translation of the Japanese term”Hoshin Kanri”,and this is
