5、临床服务。方法 用全自动生化分析仪检测盲样19项临床生化指标。结果 六年中 质控检测19项指标，变异指数得分(VIS) A级占83. 19% B级占13.14%, C级占3.67%。19992004年Na VIS得分A级从50%提高到60%, Cl VIS得分A级从40%-88%。结论质量控制对于临床生化检验结果 的质量保证非常重要，只有做好室内质控和室间质量评价，才能为临床提供准确的诊断、治疗、预 后观察的依据。关键词:质量控制；室内质控；室间质量评价;变异指数得分Evaluation of results of internal quality control and external q

7、linic much better. Methods By automatic biochemical analyzer, 19 clinical biochemical index of samples were measured. Results Inside of six year Variance index scores of class A, class B and class C were 83.19%, 13.14% and 3.67% respectively in 19 index of quality control detected. 1999-2004 the Na
8、VIS get a goal the A class from 50% increase 60 %, the Cl VIS get a goal the A class from 40%-88%. Conclusion Quality control is very important to the results of clinical biochemical assay. Only trying your best to do internal quality control and external quality assessment getting good results of internal quality control and external quality assessment can provide a base of accurate diagnosis, treatment and observation of prognosis for clinic.Key words: quality control QC; internal quality control IQC; external quality assessment EQ A; variance index score VIS
