Througli the study of this course, students are required to master the basic theories, policies and methods of analyzing

3、 international economic problems systematically. Students can liave a general understanding of some major phenomena, historical evolution and development trends in the international economy. The basic theories that need to be mastered mainly include the classical international trade theory, the new

4、classical trade iheory. the modem international trade theory, the theoiy of international flow of production factors, the theory of exchange rate determination, and the theory of balance of payments adjustment. The puipose of setting up this course is to master the theory of the most effective distr

5、ibution of scarce economic resources in the global scope, as well as the policies that countries should adopt in the resulting economic relations, and mils ter the methods and basic ideas of analyzing theintemationai economic reality through the study of intemational economic theories and policies.I
