1、变配电室送电施工方案Powering-on scheme for Substation and Distribution Room1工程简介本装置变电所为6KV高压室、系两路供电,电源由两台110KV/6KV25000变压器供给,分别引至、段母线。为了提高供电的可靠性,设置、段母线的联络开关,并设有母线开关自投装置。400V低压电源由两台6KV/400V配电变压器供给,分别送到、段低压母线。变压器的高压电源取自本装置6KV系统,其接线如附图所示。目前,本装置变配电室已具备送电条件,为确保一次送电成功,特拟定送电方案,以供有关送电人员参照执行。1Broef introduction of the

2、 ProjectThis substation is a 6KV HV one with two powers. The powers are supplied by two 110KV/6KV 2500 transformers and transported to the buses of section and.to improve the reliability of the power supply an inter lock reliability of the power supply an interlock switchgear and automatic on device

3、 is set between the two buses.The 400V powers one supplied by two 6KV/400V transformers and transported to the LV buses of section and.the HV powers of two transformers are taker from the 6KV system of this plant and the connection is shown as the following attached diagram.Now the substation and di

4、stribution room has met the powering-on requirements to ensure the success at one time, we complied the scheme for relevant personnel to refer to.2、方案的编写依据设计院设计的施工图纸电气装置安装工程电气设备交接试验标准GB50150-91。电力系统继电保护及电网安全自动装置检验条例。电气安装工程施工及验收规范GB50303-2002。保护继电器核验。有关的电气计量表计检定规程。电气设备的厂家技术文件资料。工程项目的施工组织设计。有关的电气试验,运行

5、安全操作规程。公司质量保证手册、质量体系文件及支撑性文件。本方案的编写是以设计提供的施工图纸和国家的有关标准、规范、安全法规等为依据进行编写的。3、送电前的准备工作Preparation work before powering-on1)送电前必须清理现场。清除一切障碍物,盖好盖板,打扫卫生。The site must be cleaned before powering-on, barriers cleared ditches and holes covered, floor cleaned.2)所有的受电设备均须做完各项单体试验且合格,并有正式试验报告供有关部门审查。Single test

6、s of all the powered-to-be equipments must have been done and qualified. the formal test records shall be checked by relevant sections.3)受电系统应作模拟试验且符合设计图纸的功能要求,并取得甲方有关的技术负责部门的确认。Simulation test of tee system shall be done according to the designation drawings and confirmed by the relevant technical

7、sections of the client.4)配电室的信号、直流系统项工作正常以保证送电成功。其整流系统的电源,送电前由可靠的临时电源供给,待受电完毕,倒至正式电源。Ensure signal and DC system work well. The power of covert system shall be taken from a reliable temporary system first, and transferred to the permeate one after the power is on. 5)所有母线的交接试验,除执行国家有关规范的条款外,当对其绝缘性能有怀

8、疑时,须实行交流耐压试验确认。All the handing-over tests for buses shall be done according to relevant national norms; When the insulation can not be guaranteed ,AC voltage-withstanding test must be done.6)各开关均在试验位置,且能保证推拉灵活,各插头接触良好,接地刀闸位置正确。All the switches shall be on test position, and operated freely, plugs co

9、ntact well, earthling knife switch is on proper position7)与上级变电所有可靠的通讯设施。, communication with the HV substation is available. 4送电步骤. Powering-on procedure.1) 专人检查高压系统及所有的低压系统绝缘并有记录。 Insulation of HV system all the LV ones shall be checked and recorded by assigned personnel. 2) 再检查一遍开关位置,所有的高压、低压开关均须

10、在试验、断开位置。 Check the switch again to ensure all the HV. LV switch are on test/disconnect position.3) 通知上级变电所,对进线线路送电,并确保有电。 Inform the HV substation to energize incoming line, and ensure power is on.4) 直流系统送电,使信号、控制、保护小母线带电。投入各受电范围设备的各项 继电保护。 Power on DC system to energize signal, control and protect

11、ive busbars, put the relay protection of all energized equipments into use. 5) 将段母线电压互感器手车推至工作位置,插CZ插头,并检查PT柜的二次保 险,应接触良好。 Push the truck of potential transformer of the busto connect position, plug CZ in and ensure the faces of the secondary circuit of PT panel, contact well. 6) 将段进线手车推至工作位置,并检查CZ插

12、头、二次保险等均在工作位置,各保护压板在投人位置,合上I段合闸电源。 Push the truck of incomingto connect position, plug CZ in, and ensure secondary fuses one well fixed. 7) 操作KK控制开关,合1DL断路器,段母线带电。 Turn switch KK to close breaker 1DL, then busis powered on.8) 在段PT柜测量A630、B630、C630电压,三相数值应对称,测量其相序应为正相序,盘上表针指示应正确,并作记录。 Measure the vol

13、tage of A630, B630, C630 in PT panel, values of three phases shall be even phase sequence shall be checked and correct, meters on the panel shall indicate correctly and records shall be taken. 9) 将段母线可小车推至工作位置,程序同5)。解除母联开关的自动切换,将母联开关小车推入工作位置,合上段合闸电源。 Push the truck of potential transformer of busfol

14、lowing sub-clause 5). Release automatic transfer of bus-joint, scoitehgear, push the truck in and switch on operation power for section . 10) 操作母联柜KK开关,合DL母联开关使I段母线带电。现在供电为1#进线带段母线。 Turn switch KK on bus-joint panel to close the break DL to energize bus of section .Now the power on bus is taken from

15、 incoming.11) 在段PT柜测量 A640、B640、C640电压结果同8)。 Measure the voltage of A640, B640 and C640 in PT panel of section , the values shall be the same as those measured in sub clause 8).12) 在段PT柜和段PT柜进行二次定相,测量A630对A640、B640、C640;B630对A640、B640、C640;c630对A640、B640、C640的电压。同相电压为零,异相电压值应正确。 Check the phases on

16、secondary circuits of PT panels of sectionand , voltage between the same phase shall be zero and between different phase be correct. 13) 操作母联KK开关使DL跳闸,并确认。 Operate switch KK to open breaker DL and ensure power is off.14) 将段进线开关小车推至工作位置,程序同6)。 Push the truck of incoming to connect position, following

17、 sub-clause 6).15) 操作 KK开关,合段进线2DL断路器,使段母线带电。现在供电为两进线,分供两段母段。 Operate switch KK to close the 2DL to energize the bus of section . Now the buses of two sections are supplied separately by two incomings. 16) 重复执行12)程序,结果与其相同。定相工作还可根据情况选择一次定相(定相杆)的方法,用以确定、段电源的相别。同名相电压为零。 Repeat procedure of sub-clause

Phase check can also be done on primary circuits if necessary.17) 根据甲方和设计的要求,进行母联开关合闸,、段短时间并联运行及自动切换试验。 Carry on bus-joint breaker operation, short-time parallel and automatic transfer tests according to the clients and designers requirements. 18) 将、段母线分段运行。Keep the buses of two sections operat

19、ing separately.19) 将1号变压器开关小车推至工作位置,投入变压器的各种保护,插接CZ插头。查二次保险及合闸保险。操作KK开关合断路器开关。1号变压器第一次冲击,变压器室要有人检查监视其冲击的情况,一切均应正常。Push the truck of No.1 transformer breaker to connect position, put protections into use, plug CZ in, check the fuses of secondary and operation, switch KK to close the breaker to do the

20、 first impact to transformer T1,assighed personnel shall check and monitor in transformer room during the course to ensure everything is OK.运行10分钟后再进行第二次到第五次冲击变压器。每次间隔5分钟,观察每次冲击的激磁涌流,继电保护不应动作。第五次冲击后,变压器即进人空载运行状态。 After ten minutes operation, carry on the second to the fifth impact at an interval of

21、5 minutes, Pay attention to the wave current during every impact and relay Protection shall not be picked on. After five impacts, the transformer will work on no-load status.20) 将2号变压器开关小车推至工作位置,操作顺序同19)。 Push the track of No2 transformer to connect position following sub-clause 19).21) 将低压段进线隔离开关合闸

22、及开关 ZKI推至工作位置,操作合闸按钮使ZKI合闸。段低压母线带电。 Close the isolation switch on LV incoming and push the breaker ZK1 to connection position, close ZK1 to energize LV bus of section .22) 在其低压母线测量其电压。相序均应正常。 Check the voltage and phase sequence on LV bus to ensure both and OK.23) 将段低压进线隔离开关合闸及开关ZK2推至工作位置,以下同程序21)、2

23、2)。 Close isolation switch on LV incoming and push the breaker ZK2 to connection position, following sub-clauses 21) and 22)24) 在母联开关ZK0断口处进行段低压、母线的定相,同相电压为零,异相电压为线电压且对称。 Check voltage of the two sections at the break part of breaker ZK0 in bus-joint panel, and every value shall be OK.25) 根据设计和甲方的意见

24、可进行低压、段母线短并运行,自动切换或一个进线带两段低压母线运行的母联开关ZK0的操作。 Carry on short-time paralleling of two sections, automatic transfer or bus-joint breaker operation for one incoming supplying power to two sections of buses concerning designers advice.26) 、段低压母线分段运行送电结束。 Keep LV buses of section and operating separately.
