6、称称: TTDI联联合装置置厂区中中压电缆缆敷设施施工。PProjjectt naame: TDDI TTraiinPllantt Meediuum VVolttagee Cablle PPulllinggWorrk.本工程涉涉及三个个变电站站,分别别是现有有的2220/335kVV A4472变变电站、现现有的335/110kVV B3301SS变电站站以及新新建的335/110kVV C5581变变电站,工工作内容容为三个个变电站站之间和和从三个个变电站站接至MMV用户户的电力力电缆、控控制电缆缆、接地地电缆的的敷设。The project involves three substatio

7、ns, namely the existing 220/35kV A472 substation, the existing 35/10kV B301S the 35/10kV C581 substation and a new substation.This is the power, control and grounding cable pulling among three substationsand for MV users connected to the three substations.1.2 施施工范围围 Sccopee off Woork1) A4772建筑筑(2220

8、/335kVV变电站站)出线线回路:A4772 BBuilldinng(2220/35kkV ssubsstattionn) ooutllet cirrcuiit由A4772变电电站引出出3路35kkV出线线。其中中:一路引至至B3001S建建筑(335/110kVV变电站站)原1#主变变,原11#主变变电缆将将抽出,与与新增44#主变变连接;另两路路引至335/110kVV C5581变变电站11#主变变和2#主变。回回路采用用FS-YJYY-266/355kV-1*3300mmm2单芯电电缆,直直埋敷设设。去C5881的两两路355kV线线路,敷敷设时沿沿不同路路径,以以避免两两回线路路同

11、ferrentt paathss too avvoidd daamagge oof tthe twoo looopss.2) B3001S建建筑(335/110kVV变电站站)出线线回路:B3001S buiildiing (355/100kV subbstaatioon) outtlett ciircuuit:由B3001S变变电站引引出7路10kkV出线线。全部部引至BB3999中心制制冷站。回回路采用用10kkV截面面为955mm22的三芯芯铠装电电缆,由由B3001S南南面现有有的电缆缆井引出出直埋至至装置。Pull 7 10kV outgoings from B301S substa

Loop uses 10kV three-core armored cable with cross-section 95mm2 and pullout from the existing cable well in the south of B301S then buried layto the device. 3) C5881建筑筑(355/100kV变变电站)出出线回路路:C5581 buiildiing (355/100kV subbstaatioon) outtlett ciircuuit:由C58

13、81引出出10路10kkV线路路,分别别为A5507的的四台变变压器,B551的两台变压器,B553TDA装置氢气压缩机2台,C521盐酸装置氯气压缩机1台,盐酸压缩机1台提供电源。其中,变压器回路采用10kV截面为185mm2的三芯铠装电缆,马达回路采用10kV截面为95mm2的三芯铠装电缆。以上电缆线路均沿规划路径埋地敷设。10 10kV lines led from C581 are used to supply power to A507s four transformers, B551 two transformers, B553TDA 2 sets of hydrogen comp

Among them, transformer circuit uses x 3-core armored cable with 10kV cross-section185mm2, motor circuit uses three-core armored cable with 10kV cross-section 95mm2. All cable lines

30、nnd 335KVV Caablee: TThe 25000V meeggeer.电缆测试试完毕,应应立即用用橡塑材材料封头头。Whhen cabble tesstinng iis ccomppletted, cooverr itt wiith rubbberr maaterrialls iimmeediaatelly. 5) 按设计计和实际际路径计计算每根根电缆的的长度,合合理安排排每盘电电缆,无无电缆接接头。CCalcculaate eacch ccablle llenggth acccorddingg too deesiggn aand acttuall paath. 38、qquippmennt llayoout Laay ooff cabblelayy caablee annd ffix5.2 机机具布置置 Laayouut oof TToolls5.2.1 电电缆的搬搬运及支支架架设设Cablle RRemoovall annd CCablle TTrayy1) 电缆搬运运须用卡卡车或吊吊车运输输。滚动动时应按按电缆轴轴上箭头头指示方方向滚动动。如无无箭头时时,可按按电缆缠缠绕方向向滚动,切切不可反反缠绕方方向滚运运,以免免电缆松松弛。UUse truuck or craane to traanspportt cablles.Rolll cabble-axi

40、般般应在电电缆起止止点附近近为宜。架设设时,应应注意电电缆轴的的转动方方向,电电缆引出出端应在在电缆轴轴的上方方。电缆缆放线架架应放置置稳妥,钢钢轴的强强度和长长度应与与电缆盘盘重量和和宽度相相配合。敷敷设电缆缆的机具具应检查查并调试试正常,电电缆盘应应有可靠靠的制动动措施。Select a proper set-up place as per convenient to pave. Generally place it near the start or end point of cable. Be aware of rolling direction of cable axle, and

41、keep pay-off-rack steady.Cable rack should be placed securely, and the steel shaft intensity and length should match the cable tray weight and width.Check and debug the cable laying and have reliable brake devices5.2.2 卷扬机机与滑轮轮的布置置 Wiinchh annd PPullley Arraangeemennt在线路的的另一端端布置好好卷扬机机,并准准备好滑滑轮,约约1.5
