2、品为主 线,让学生初步接触英美文学经典,以培养学生良好的阅读习惯,使阅读成为英语 学习的重要组成局部。这是单元第一课时话题下单元词汇的集中学习。本课时是针 对主阅读篇章中核心词汇设计练习,旨在使学生能够明白词义以加深对文本的理解, 并能够运用这些词汇局部的练习,进行分层设计。其中课本第97页Getting ready 局部是旨在引起学生学习兴趣。第98页Part A旨在帮助学生了解小说时代背景。 第100页C1局部是词义理解的练习,要求学生根据上下文猜想词汇含义;而该 页C2局部是词汇运用的练习,老师再通过设计一些与单元话题相关语境下词汇的练习, 帮助学生掌握核心词汇的用法。三、学情分析对于九

3、年级的学生来说,他们已经有了一定的英语学习基础尤其是构词法,并 掌握了一些学习方法,但总体来说还是比拟少的。本单元的话题旨在让学生初步接 触英美文学经典,提高他们的文化素养,而且主篇阅读“Tom Sawyer Paints the Fence 是一篇幽默有趣的故事,学生们应该对此非常感兴趣。(一)语言能力:1 .通过语境学习并掌握本单元的核心单词和短语的读音和词性。2 .能以听说看的方式理解和表达自己对故事人物及情节的看法与评价。3 .能够把新学的单词或短语运用到新的语篇当中。(二)思维品质:1 .通过启发引导,在语境中学习新词,培养逻辑性思维。2 .通过了解作家马克吐温生平以及其作品的介绍,

4、提升思维的广度与深度。3 .通过初步了解选自名著汤姆索亚历险记的故事中“汤姆索亚给篱笆上 油漆”的局部内容,并能够大胆预测接下来的故事情节,培养批判性思维, 并提升思维的开放性。(三)文化意识:1.通过的图片、视频引入等直观教学,配以启发式的语境,培养学习英语词 汇的兴趣。2通过了解作家马克吐温的生平以及其一些重要作品,学习马克吐温自强 不息,乐观向上,勇于探索的精神。3通过对名著汤姆索亚历险记的时代背景和及其内容有初步的了解,积 极探索中美文化的差异,从中拓宽视野。(四)学习能力:1 .通过创设语境与习题练习相结合的方法掌握重点单词的音、形、义、用,从而掌握止确的词汇学习方法。2 .结合新学

5、词汇,进行篇章词汇的应用,培养猜词能力。3 .通过从语境中猜想词义,培养和提升理解与分析,比拟与综合等方面的学 习能力。五、教学重点、难点.重点:掌握本课词汇,能熟悉单元词汇读音以及词性及了解与本单元阅读篇 章相关的文学作品的背景知识。1 .难点:掌握词汇学习的方法,培养词汇学习的兴趣,以及提升在语篇中运用 新词的能力。六、教学设计理念新课程标准在“初中毕业的英语知识目标”中对词汇有一点描述:“理解和领 悟词语的基本含义以及在特定的语境中的意义。”在新课标的学习策略一节中 提到五级(初中毕业要到达的级别)的“认知策略”,其中在词汇教学中要求学生 能借助联想学习和记忆单词。在英语教学中要重视创设

6、语境,才能找到一条语言教 学的捷径,提高外语教学的效果。在英语词汇教学中要重视创设语境,恰当的语境有 利于学生对词汇的理解与掌握。创设单元话题的语境运用多模态教学,引导学生进 行单元词汇集中教学,以形成“语境下词汇集中教学”教学模式的基本思路。本节 课拟使用讲授法、直观演示法和练习法作为教学途径,启发式教学法、任务型教学 法和自主学习法作为教学方法。教学模式有信息加工教学模式和行为控制教学模式。 教学程序通过导入-讲解-变化-课堂巩固-结束来完成。七、教学过程StepsTeachers ActivitiesStudents9 ActivitiesStep AimsStepl Motivatio
