The situatio

8、ned with the actual situation in our province, the enactment of this trial measures.Second of these trial measures that food business operators is to obtain licenses at and above the county level government seat of the citys food supermarket and food stores, food wholesale business enterprises and w

9、holesale food market, food markets in the towns, streets and admission sellers and community grocery stores.Third at and above the county level government seat of the citys food supermarket and food stores, food wholesale business enterprises and wholesale food market, food bazaars admission sellers

10、 (hereinafter referred to as the food sellers), shall establish and perfect the purchase invoice system, strict inspection and suppliers (including the seller or the direct supply of the producers) business qualification certificate, carefully verify food and food labeling, to ensure the qualificati

11、on of the main legal transaction object, buy food quality. 30、substandard food, shall immediately stop the sale shelves destroyed or report of the administrative department for Industry and Commerce in accordance with the law, food processing shall be truthfully recorded in the purchase ledger.Sixteenth food wholesale enterprises and food wholesale food busine

31、ss operators shall establish sales ledger, the content should include information, specifications, quantity, name of the food production date and shelf life, sales time, buyer name and address, contact.The sales ledger shall properly keep the preservation period, from the kind of food sales date not

32、 less than 2 years, conditional can implement electronic archives.Seventeenth commercial administrative departments at all levels should be in accordance with the guidance, education and supervision and inspection of the principle of combining guidance and supervision of food operators to establish
