1、优质文本客房送餐英语初始培训方案培训时间：3个月每个月集中培训一次，分3个月，再每天班会5分钟复习，月底抽查内容： 客房送餐经典对话、常用句型、常用词汇培训员：各餐厅经理、领班目的：保证员工在对客效劳时能根本理解客人意图，从而能够更好的对客效劳，开展送餐工作。需要做的：各餐厅培训员需事先准备一份相应跟餐厅相关的客房送餐英语培训资料，从而保证员工在参加部门后有一份为员工度 身定造的培训资料。培训要求： 每个月要对员工本月的培训内容进行测试，要求员工到达一定的水平附培训资料常用词汇糖sugar 盐salt 醋vinegar酱油soy sauce 青椒green pepper 油oil 胡椒pepp
