1、感恩父母主题班会设计思路及反思七(1)中队 梁洁各位老师,大家好!我们项校长经常说人生三大课题:学会做人,学会办事,学会做学问。其中,学会做人排在首位。可能我本身作为一个思想品德课的老师,所以在平时的教育教学工作中特别注重对学生的品德教育。著名教育家马卡连柯说:“教育了集体,团结了集体,加强了集体,以后,集体的本身就能成为很大的教育力量。”而主题班会就是教育学生的一项重要的集体活动,是我们班主任通过班集体教育影响学生的一种教育形式。这一次学校给出的这样一个开展主题班会的平台非常好,因为说实话,一年多来,我可从来没有在班级里像模像样地开过这样的主题班会。所以这一次,从主题班会的准备到实施,我是十
2、分地紧张,我和我们班的孩子们一起在开始学习怎样开展主题班会。那么开了以后,盛老师说我成功了,我真的非常开心,因为我和孩子们的努力没有白费。先说说这次主题班会的设计思路吧。首先,本次主题班会的主题是“感恩父母”,我是觉得在这方面教育一下学生是非常有必要的。在如今的社会环境、家庭环境下,正处于13岁这个年龄阶段的孩子们渐渐从乖巧听话转而反叛逆从,对于爸爸妈妈的爱往往熟视无睹,对于爸爸妈妈的唠叨开始火冒三丈,父母于自己的意义何在?怎样才是对父母真正的爱?感恩教育呼唤着孩子们纯朴的心灵!就在这次主题班会开展之前,我班的盛鸿还跟自己的父母闹别扭,甚至打翻了母亲为他准备的早餐,后来交谈下来是他觉得父母对自
3、己好得有些过分了,他觉得父母太烦了。还有个小女孩潘纯琏,和父亲的关系还特别紧张,就觉得爸爸太唠叨了等等。我想这应该不是这两个孩子的特例,而是一个普遍现象,所以教会孩子感恩父母,开展这样的主题班会是很有必要的。整个主题班会设计是这样的,首先以去年5.12 大地震时孩子和父母的感人镜头铺开,随着感人的音乐开始营造整场班会的气氛,逐渐进入主题。其实这段视频的选择我也是破费心思的,因为这段视频我是看一次要掉一次泪的,它里面主要是父母和孩子的那种生离死别催人泪下,从而引出父母和孩子的难以割舍的亲情和爱。接着是在前一周布置的一项实践活动的提问和思考。这个活动名称叫“24 小时爱心活动”,其实是我们思品课里
4、面的一项实践活动,就是在周六那一天随身带一个鸡蛋,保护它24 个小时,使它完好无损且不离身。其实在布置的时候他们就很好奇也很有兴趣,当然也很听话地去照做了。班会课上,他们在主持人的发问下交流时,他们才知道老师要求他们做这个活动的目的和意义就是为了让他们体会父母对孩子的心。孩子们说他们小心翼翼地把鸡蛋用餐巾纸、海绵、塑料泡沫层层包围,睡觉的时候还不离手,可谓用心良苦。有些孩子说,鸡蛋不小心碎了,是啊,我们保护一个鸡蛋都这么不容易,父母要用这样的一份心保护我们一辈子!接下去,孩子们拆开我提早给孩子父母的问卷,问卷涉及8 个问题。问卷排头是“爸爸/妈妈,我想问问您”,这 8 个问题分别是:1,您每天
5、这样辛苦地工作、努力地赚钱都是为了什么?2,13 年来您在我身上大概一共花费了多少钱?到我大学毕业可能还要花费多少?3,您是否记得曾经为了我做出的最大的牺牲是什么?4,您目前最大的梦想或追求是什么?5,请您回忆为我所做的平凡而感人的镜头。6,当我对您说什么时,您最开心?7,当我为了您做什么时,您最感动?8,如果这个世界突然要让您一无所有,您最不情愿失去什么?在父母完成了这份问卷后,封好给了我。在我细细读完父母们的回答后,认认真真地写下了主持人的讲稿。也在孩子们认真阅读时,随着感人的背景音乐,主持人深情地念着讲稿。渐渐地,看到孩子们的眼泪掉了下来,我知道他们被感动了,心灵被触动了。接着,是一位母
6、亲的留言录音,述说了小时候女儿骨折时她和孩子父亲几经周折带孩子去看病,后来精心照料的心情和经历,又一次感动了大家,尤其是那个当事人小姑娘,要知道就在前一周她还和自己的妈妈闹矛盾呢!最后,主持人向同学们发出两个倡议:一,好好地看父母一眼,看看他们头上的白发,看一看他们穿的衣服,看一看这么多年来他们为你的操劳。二,深情地对他们说一声:我爱你们!没有不好意思,没有羞涩地说一声:我爱你们!班会结束后,班长把这两个倡议作为当天的班级作业写在了班级黑板上,并且要求家长在备忘录上写下感言。于是第二天,批改备忘录的时候,一段段父母的感言又一次打动了我。我想这一次主题班会我的体会还是比较多的。首先,主题班会贵在
7、“认真”二字。要想开好一次主题班会,让它成功,让它发挥它应有的德育功能,从班会的设计、构思、准备、组织到实施,甚至多媒体材料的选择运用以及主持人的讲稿写作,都需要花费班主任和学生大量的心血。反正这一次主题班会我是非常重视的,作为班主任也事无巨细地操办了本次主题班会,所以最后还算起到了一些教育效果。其次,就是主题班会的设计上,一定要有针对性,要贴近学生生活和思想实际,真实性是很重要的。这一点,不仅是我们思品课备课的要点,之前我们牛老师也给我讲了当年她举办过的一次也是感恩的主题班会,说的让两个艺术特长生表演了乐器以后,当场让那两个孩子算一下父母这么多年来为了他们这个乐器表演付出了多少心血,后来两个
8、孩子被感动地哭了,全班也被感动地哭了。所以我知道主题班会的内容一定要是学生真实的东西,否则只能是作秀,学生也就根本不会有真实的体会和感受。比如在我本次主题班会中,因为有了那么一份问卷,所以在主持人讲稿中很多内容都是真实的事情,句句都说到学生的心坎里去了。再比如说开学初的时候,我班作业不完成现象十分严重,怎样才能让孩子们真正体会到不完成作业的后果呢?我想在过去,无论的家长还是老师,说的最多的就是,你现在不完成作业,将来后悔的是你自己。可是学生没有切实体会,也就无法真正认同。于是我在班会课上请来了我的两位初中同学,一位呢就是当时的听老师话按时完成回家作业的,现在是上海大学直升研究生在读,另外一位就
9、是当时可以说经常不完成作业然后经常被老师放学后留下来的,现在是无业游名。我让孩子们和那位不完成作业的同学探讨为什么会不做作业,以及对现在生活的影响。当时他们的讨论我还记忆犹新,好几个学生在后来的周记中还提到我的两个同学,那次以后,不做作业的现象大有好转。另外,像这样的主题班会很重要的一点,也是之前牛老师跟我反复叮嘱的,就是整个班级体要有与主题相切合的总体班级气氛。比如说这一次是“感恩父母”的主题,那么要求学生有一个严肃的、真诚的班级气氛,严禁在下面小说小动,否则很难达到应有的教育效果。但是从另一方面来说,因为是我从教以来的第一次比较像样的主题班会,可能是我比较重视,也可能是还没有真正学会如何培
