2、备好地、器材,等候上课1、在指定地点观察学生,并检查学生人数和服装。2、师生问好。3、宣布本课的教学内容,揭示本课的目标和要求。4、强调安全,安排见习生组织:全班成四列横队集合。教学要求:1、集合队伍快、静、齐,精神饱满。2、遵守纪律,认真听讲,明确学习的内容和要求。3、见习生按要求随堂听课队形:准备部分9分钟一、慢跑练习二、关节活动操肌肉关节的静力拉伸练习1、头部运动2、肩部拉伸运动3、腹背运动4、前,后,侧压腿5、活动手腕脚踝3圈5*4个8拍2分钟中中教学方法:绕场地慢跑2-3 圈,并注意队形保持整齐,并注意保持队形。教学方法:1、教师示范动作,学生集体练习2、学生仔细模仿,认真完成组 织

4、习广播体操预备节第一节伸展运动 第二节扩胸运动预备节动作要领1、手臂运动路线,经侧至上举,同时交叉2、注意踏步时机,提前半拍抬脚踏步3、注 意 手 臂 端 平 位置,注意摆头的幅度与节奏4、注意手臂收回时注意手臂的路线3分钟中教法:1、将学生分排探讨回想前三套广播体操动作。2、学生按照口令自做广播操前三节,老师注意观察学生的动作,并发现学生动作问题,并有体育委员背面示范(领做)3、第一列学生后转面对第二列学生,两人一组,老师讲解动作要点,并规范学生每一个节拍的动作,学生相互观察动作并纠正。4、学生自主练习第一、二八拍约2 分钟教师巡回指导纠错5、学生自喊口令继续练习,体会练习第三、四八拍6、教
