1、。-可编辑修改-教师语言文字工作总结台营学区平坊店小学一年来,我校始终以全面推进素质教育为核心,努力抓好教学教改和“新课程标准”的实施,在“推广普及普通话和用字规范化”工作方面,认真贯彻和落实各级下达的“语言文字规范化工作”的有关法律和规定,并以素质教育为载体,把语言文字的规范化工作贯穿于学校的教学、管理及考评、考核等各个环节,现已取得了较大的成效。现将具体情况总结如下。一、建立机构,健全规章,提供保障我校十分重视语言文字工作,成立了语言文字工作领导机构。每学年学校工作计划中均将语言文字工作作为主要内容,并通过教导处、教研组等具体落实工作要求;在每学年的工作总结中,均将语言文字工作实施情况作为

2、不可缺少的方面认真总结。为了保证这项工作的具体实施,学校建立了完善的语言文字规范化规章制度,还成立了语言文字工作实施小组,各班都成立了“说普通话,写规范字”监督小组,主要监督本班同学在日常学习、活动中说好普通话,写好规范字。对该项工作的实施,学校对出现的问题进行必要的通报,督促定期改正。二、规范语言文字与教学常规有机结合学校作为语言文字规范化工作的基本阵地,为了切实落实到位,我们还将语言文字工作与教育教学工作密切结合起来,将其纳入到教育教学要求之中。要求每一位任课教师都要说比较标准的普通话,书写规范的汉字。每学年开展的教师活动(示范课、研究课、汇报课)。-可编辑修改-都将语言文字规范化作为重要

3、的基本素质要求。普通话不标准,书写不规范的教师即使课上得再好也没有资格出示校级以上示范课、公开课,所以许多教师为了过好普通话和板书关,主动地拜师学,刻苦练。由于教师的重视和严格训练,我校教师的语言文字规范化水平得以迅速提高。目前,学校已经将语言文字规范化工作视为重要工作,将语言文字工作与教职工业务考核紧密结合,即把语言文字规范化条件列入教师的考评、业务评优之中。三、规范语言与校本培训有机结合“普通话是我们的校园语言”已成为我校多年来一直坚持的良好的校园风尚。从学校领导到广大教师、学生,均能做到课堂内外说普通话。由于老师的表率作用,言传身教的影响,再加上学校的大力倡导,学生的普通话意识也大有增强

4、,学生不仅在课堂上大声说普通话,就连在课间或者校外见到老师、同学们都能主动用普通话打招呼和交流。有的同学从外地转入本校不久,就能用普通话回答问题或进行交流。更多的学生将这种良好的意识带到社会、家庭,时时处处说普通话。因此在社会上、家庭中也产生了一定影响和促进作用。为了更进一步促进学生普通话水平的提高,学校每学期还定期开展语言训练的实践活动。如朗诵、读经诵诗、讲故事、演讲等比赛。这些活动由于趣味性强,学生乐于参加,主动参与,所以取得了良好的效果。四、规范文字与校内外运用有机结合文档编码:CV5K9A9E4T9 HJ4C8P1R6M3 ZY8C4Y8J2E7文档编码:CV5K9A9E4T9 HJ4

11、C8P1R6M3 ZY8C4Y8J2E7文档编码:CV5K9A9E4T9 HJ4C8P1R6M3 ZY8C4Y8J2E7。-可编辑修改-1.学校作为传承文明的摇篮,承载着传承中华民族传统文化的历史重任。我校站在将规范用字与爱国意识紧密联系的高度,教育广大师生为传承祖国语言文字而努力。学校加强对师生语言文字运用的培训。创设学校推普环境各班积极营造推普氛围;每月进行语言文字常规工作检查,并做好记录进行反馈;充分发挥红领巾广播作用,宣传推普法规;继续组织好教师坚持写好毛笔字、钢笔字;结合德育活动,举行学生讲故事及征文比赛。2.净化校园人文环境给学生提供一片净土,创设一片蓝天,这是我们学校管理者应尽的

12、职责。学校不仅要整洁、美观,更重要的是对学生美好的文化熏陶。学校十分重视人文环境的创设,在各种墙报、宣传栏、校刊、标准文件等等,均能做到不写错别字,用规范词语。3.走向社会清除不规范字学校还利用节假日、星期天等时间组织学生开展上街捉不规范字的活动。学生们随时随地地注意观察,发现有不规范字立即记录下来并督促有关部门其纠正。活动的开展既提高了学生的规范意识和能力又清除了书写垃圾,受到了家长学生的好评。五、规范语言文字与活动开展有机结合语言文字规范化工作是一项艰苦而长久的工作,不可能一蹴而就,需要长期的积累才能形成良好的素养。学校为此坚持做到加大宣传力度,通过墙报、班报、校园广播站、校报、黑板报等方
