1、20XX年党建工作总结暨20XX年党建工作思路20XX年,市教育局党委认真贯彻“抓落实、全覆盖、求实效、受欢迎”的工作要求,坚持把基层组织建设与推进XX教育科学发展的具体实践相结合,坚持围绕中心抓党建,创先争优促发展,深入开展“强队伍、增活力、作表率”主题活动,扎实推进“2345”工作思路,全面加强教育系统党的建设工作,为我市教育事业快速发展提供了强有力的精神动力和组织保障。一、20XX年党建工作总结(一)加强班子建设,充分发挥了党组织核心领导作用。一是深入推进学习型党组织建设。把学习作为提高素质、增长本领、做好领导干部工作的根本途径,结合工作实践加快理论更新、加强知识储备、优化能力结构,先学
2、一步、学深一步,作不断学习、善于学习的表率。坚持“书记抓,抓书记”的工作思路,局党委建立了完善的中心组理论学习制度,“一把手”带头坚持上党课,大力开展“为民服务创先争优”活动,“争做育人楷模”。形成了教育局班子团结协调、运转高效,系统上行下效、潜心育人的良好局面。二是依托群众路线教育实践活动,建务实高效作风。进一步完善了领导包片、科室包校的定点联系制度,先后派XX余名党员干部深入各学校、直属单位进行督查、指导;采取召开座谈会、建立教育咨询点,设置便民咨询指示牌,开通咨询热线、局长信箱,设立举报电话、发放征求意见表等形式,征求并整理教育发展的意见和建议XX条,制定 XX项整改措施;以解决实际问题
3、促进科学发展为核心,在校园文化建设、改善办学条件、聚焦课堂、安全维稳、关爱教职工等方面积极作为,共走访群众XXX人次,解决困难和问题XXX个;结合创先争优,深入推进三分类三升级活动,评出 XX个先进党组织,X0个一般党组织,并完善晋位升级方案,建立了督导制度,努力推进基层党组织建设再上新台阶。(二)加强基层组织建设,提升了凝聚力和战斗力。一是建立健全基层组织。深入党委各单位,调研党组织、行政班子以及工会、团委、妇女等组织建设工作,并根据实际情况调整充实,建成团结、务实、高效的基层组织。目前,党组织覆盖到了党委的所有单位,分布科学,结构合理。各单位工会、团委、妇女等组织健全,人员充实,为充分发挥

11、S2B2X6U3S10 ZD6F8E5W4H4文档编码:CN7B5A1K2J9 HS2B2X6U3S10 ZD6F8E5W4H4准,成熟一个,发展一个,提高我市教育系统党员的知识化、年轻化水平。同时,稳妥做好XX“9+3”学生党员发展工作,逐步提高“9+3”学生党员发展质量。四是加强两新组织建设。在“三分类三升级”活动中,20XX年成立的民办教育协会党总支和下辖的X个支部均评为一般党组织。为促进发展,我们每月派“党建工作指导联系员”深入支部指导,帮助规范党组织活动;以XXXX幼稚园党支部和XXXX学校党支部为“两新”党建工作试点,大力开展“党员先锋岗”长效机制建设,努力让 X个支部率先进入先进
12、党组织行列,带动“两新”党组织党建水平的整体提升;积极组建民办学校党员志愿服务队,开展民办教育协会党总支“歌声颂祖国、新曲献给党”红歌比赛、读书征文暨演讲比赛、教师健身操比赛等活动,通过党总支、党支部的引领辐射作用,提高民办学校干部教师队伍综合素养,进一步激发民办学校活力。五是积极开展各类对口帮扶工作。成立了“挂包帮”三联系工作领导小组,教育局机关支部帮助和XXX社区制定了三年发展规划,并给予帮扶资金XXX000多元,利用职中的资源优势,帮助培训现代服务业技能人才。与 XXX社区的三户贫困户结成帮扶对子,多次走访座谈,帮助理清发展思路,制定帮扶计划。扎实开展对口援建XX和圈层融合工作,共派遣了

20、过“严把入口,创新人才引进;加强培训,提升专业素养;畅通出口,完善退出机制”三大举措,建立能上能下、能进能出、充满活力的用人机制。20XX年 10 月创造性地提出了义务教育学校党员骨干体育教师“柔性”流动到幼儿园开展工作的改革思路,并实现全市公益性幼儿园全覆盖。二是加强党员名师培训引领,提升教育教学业务水平。在全市率先挂牌建立XX个“名师工作室”,通过“名师课堂开放”、“名师送教下乡”、“名师讲堂”等形式,充分发挥党员干部教师率先垂范的作用,培养教学业务精、创新能力强的骨干教师。通过“走出去、请进来”的方式,抓住“教研员、校(园)长、骨干教师和机关管理干部”这支关键人群赴浙江大学、华东师大、清

29、教师志愿服务队 XX个,开展“访万家、解民意、促发展”大型家访活动,实现家校共育。五是以项目推进为抓手,加强支部党建品牌建设。各总支(支部)按照市教育局党委的统一部署,紧紧围绕学校核心工作需求,以项目化方式推进“一校一品”党建品牌创建和“四比四看”活动,即管理比效能、岗位比创新、工作比作风、教学比质量,学校看变化、教师看发展、学生看进步、家长看满意。先后涌现出市实验幼儿园党支部-学习奉献树品牌、爱心服务惠民生;庆丰小学党支部-立足岗位创先争优、党政共铸情智校园;市实验校党支部激情办教育、诚信塑品牌、创新铸一流等党建品牌。进一步丰富了党建内涵,深化了创优争先活动,巩固和发展了党建示范创建成果。六
