1、淮河入江水道整治工程分淮入沂整治工程沭阳闸及柴米地涵拆除施工方案一、工程概况沭阳闸位于江苏省沭阳县沭城镇以南,为淮河下游分淮入沂工程淮沭新河尾闾之控制工程,该闸建成于 1959 年 10 月,具备航运、灌溉、排涝、保护滩地等功能。沭阳闸为闸涵结合的立体交叉建筑物,上闸下涵,底板及上、下游护坦为箱式结构兼作柴米河地涵。沭阳闸为 1 级水工建筑物,共 25 孔,设计流量为 3000 m 3/s,校核流量为4000m 3/s。闸孔净宽 10.0m,闸身总宽 288.15 m,闸长 180.3m,闸顶高程为 15.0m(废黄河零点,下同),闸底高程为 5.0 m,13 块底板,通航孔独立一块。工作桥宽
2、 3.0m、局部 4.5m。25 扇闸门原钢丝网水泥面板门,在1994年至 1999年经三次加固全部改为梁板实腹式弧形钢闸门,单扇重267kN。启闭机为4150kN卷扬式(一机开四孔),通航孔为 150kN卷扬式启闭机。柴米河地下涵洞共22孔,设计流量360m 3/s。孔口断面为 3.0 3.0m,分成为 5 组,分别为 4 孔、4 孔、6 孔、4 孔、4 孔,其中 6 孔一组结合为沭阳闸底板,洞顶高程 5.0 m,其余各组共 16 孔结合沭阳闸上下游钢筋砼护坦及消力池,洞顶高程为 4.4 m,进出口洞底高程均为1.4 m,洞身全长 356.8 m,宽为 81.10 m。地涵进出口均设闸门控制
3、,上洞首为钢筋砼框架钢丝网水泥面板直升门,下洞首为平面钢闸门,闸门均采用100 kN 螺杆启闭机启闭,上、下游洞首均设有工作桥,桥面高程:上洞首为9.0m,下洞首为 8.0m。目前,工程存在设备老化、启门力不足、混凝土结构碳化、伸缩缝渗漏水、运行管理落后等诸多问题;为确保工程安全运行,需对沭阳闸除险加固,拆除工程包括沭阳闸工作桥及启闭机、平衡砣、工作便桥栏杆、通航孔胸墙;柴米河地涵上洞首工作桥、闸门及启闭机;柴米河地涵下洞首启闭机;沭阳闸及柴米河地涵电气设备等项目。二、拆除工程施工准备1.技术准备工作(1)首先施工技术人员要认真审阅建设单位提供的资料:拆除工程的有关图纸和资料;拆除工程涉及区域
4、的地上、地下建筑及设施分布情况资料。全面了解拆除工程的图纸和资料,进行实地勘察。弄清建筑物的结构情况、建筑情况、水电及设备管道情况。(2)拆除作业先编制作业指导书,并采取安全技术措施。作业指导书必须制定组织有序的施工顺序和针对性强的安全技术措施。在施工过程中,如果必须改变施工方法,调整施工顺序,必须先修改、补充作业指导书。工地技术负责人要根据作业指导书和安全技术规程向参加拆除的工作人员进行详细的交底。(3)拆除工程在施工前,施工人员经专业安全培训,考试合格,才允许上岗作业。同时应对施工人员做好安全教育,组织工作人员学习安全操作规程。2现场准备工作(1)对拆除现场进行封闭(2)清理施工现场,保持
5、现场运输道路畅通。(3)清除拆除影响范围内的物资、设备;将电路、水路、气路等干线与建筑物的支路断开或迁移。(4)拆除工程在施工前,向周围群众出安民告示,在拆除危险区周围设警戒标志,派专人监护,禁止非拆除人员进入施工现场。(5)接引好施工用临时电源、水源,重新布设现场施工照明,保证现场电路、水路畅通。3.机械设备材料的准备采用机械拆除为主、人工辅以拆除,汽车运输的方式进行施工,根据施工经验及本工程实际情况,拟进场材料、机械、设备配置如下:序号机械设备名称规格型号数量备注1 吊车梁80 吨1 组2 割枪8 个3 平板拖车50 吨1 辆4 风镐15 把5 空压机1M3 3 台文档编码:CM1W6R1

13、工作桥拆除四、拆除方法1电气、照明等设施拆除在电路、水路、气路等干线与建筑物的支路断开的前提下,首先拆除桥头堡及启闭机房内的电气、照明以及监控设施的拆除。拆除的物资按类别进行回收入库,属发包人所有的物资交发包人处置。2启闭机房轻型钢结构拆除电气、照明设施拆除完成后,人工拆除启闭机房的轻钢结构,拆除的门窗和彩钢板按需要进行适当处置。3启闭机拆除本合启闭机拆除沭阳闸共7 台套丝绳鼓启闭机,地涵上下洞首共44 台套螺杆式启闭机。丝绳鼓启闭机先肢解成小件再吊装拆除,螺杆式启闭机电机、变速箱整体吊装拆除。施工流程:绳鼓启闭机拆除流程:切断总电源拆除罩壳折除启闭机至闸门段钢丝绳启闭机的肢解小件吊除总成部位
