1、XXXXXXXXXXX有限公司员工休假及考勤管理制度(试行)1.总则1.1.为加强公司的劳动管理,严格劳动纪律,提高工作效率,保护公司员工的合法权益,根据中华人民共和国劳动法等有关规定,结合公司实际情况,特制定本制度。1.2.本制度适用于除总经理和副总经理以外的全体员工的考勤工作。1.3.工作时间1.3.1.公司实行平均每周不超过四十小时的工时制度。1.3.2.公司执行国家法定假日休息制度。1.3.3.公司规定工作日为每周一至周五,每日工作时间为,白班:8:30 至 12:00,13:00 至 16:30;中班:16:30 24:00;晚班:24:00 至次日早上8:30。1.3.4.因工作需

2、要不能离人的岗位在上午11:40 至 12:40,下午 17:00 至 18:00 轮流吃饭。1.3.5.特殊情况需临时调整工作时间的,由综合办公室报公司领导同意后通知执行。1.4.综合办公室依据本制度负责员工休假及考勤的管理工作。1.5.员工须遵守公司规定的劳动时间和休假期限,不得迟到、早退、旷工、擅离职守。2.假期规定2.1.法定假日。公司员工在下列法定节日期间享受国家规定的休假:元旦、春节、国际劳动节、国庆节、国家法律及法规规定的其它休假节日。2.2.年休假2.2.1.公司员工可享受带薪年休假,员工在规定的假期内,工资津贴照发。2.2.2.年休假假期:2.2.2.1.工龄满 1 年以上不

3、满10 年者,每年休假5 日;2.2.2.2.工龄满 10 年,不满 20 年者,每年休假10 日;2.2.2.3.工龄满 20 年以上者,每年休假14 日;2.2.2.4.获全国和省(市、自治区)、国务院各部委授予的劳动模范、劳动英雄称号的,加假5 日。2.2.2.5.假期均含公休假日,不含法定假日。2.2.3.年休假当年有效。休假要在不影响工作的前提下,照顾员工的实际情况和要求进行安排,年休假应一次性休完。2.2.4.下列情况之一者,不享受年休假:2.2.4.1.当年发生过较大责任事故,或受过行政、党纪处分者;2.2.4.2.公司组织安排疗养、休养,当年超过规定年休假时间者;2.2.4.3

12、据医院的证明,妊娠不满 4 个月的,产假为 7 日;妊娠 4 个月以上的,产假为 15 日,休假期间工资照发。2.5.4.员工产前检查请假,由员工填写请假申请登记表,经车间主任或部门经理批准后进行产前检查。2.5.5.员工产假需填写请假申请登记表,经车间主任或部门经理审核,副总经理 批准后方可休假。2.6.节育假2.6.1.凡实行计划生育进行节育手术者,由医院出具证明,最长不超过3 天,休节育假按公假处理。员工填写请假申请登记表,经车间主任或部门经理审核,副总经理批准后方可休节育假。2.7.病假2.7.1.员工因患病或非因工负伤停止工作、治病休息,可请病假。休病假 1 日以上的须出具医院的病假

20、准后方可休假。2.7.4.工伤假2.7.5.员工经有关部门按规定确认为工伤的,可享受工伤假。2.7.6.员工因工伤需要停止工作接受治疗的,实行工伤医疗期。工伤医疗期的时间按照轻伤和重伤的不同情况确定为 1 个月至 24 个月,严重工伤或职业病需要延长医疗期的,最长不超过36 个月。工伤医疗期时间,由综合办公室根据医院及工伤认定部门出具的证明,报公司领导审批。2.7.7.工伤员工在工伤医疗期内停发工资,改为按月发给工伤津贴。工伤津贴标准相当于工伤员工受伤前12 个月内平均月工资收入。2.8.事假2.8.1.员工因本人处理私事需要休事假者,须事先提出申请,说明事由,经批准后可休事假。2.8.2.事

21、假按天数扣发工资,按公司有关制度发放工资。2.8.3.由员工填写请假申请登记表,经车间主任或部门经理批准后方可休假。2.9.加班补休假,由申请人填写补休申请登记表,部门经理或车间主任审核,副总经理批准,报综合办公室。3.考勤管理3.1.上下班考勤管理公司员工除总经理和副总经理外一律实行上下班打卡登记制度。所有员工上下班均需亲自打卡,任何人不得代理他人或由他人代理打卡。3.2.出差及外出办事考勤管理3.2.1.公司员工出差应事先填写出差申请登记表,因工作紧急来不及经有关领导核准时,到达出差地后应及时与文档编码:CM6H1P9P5L8 HN2J1E1H5I2 ZR7P3S9D2I10文档编码:CM

29、作时间进行的工作。3.3.2.公司提倡“高效优质地工作”,原则上不安排加班。确因紧急任务或突发原因需加班者,由申请人填写加班申请登记表,部门经理或车间主任审核,副总经理批准。批准后由综合办公室计入加班。3.3.3.公司依法安排劳动者在标准工作时间以外工作的,应当按照下列标准支付加班工资:3.3.3.1.在日标准工作时间以外延长工作时间的,按照不低于小时工资基数的150支付加班工资;3.3.3.2.在休息日工作的,应当安排其同等时间的补休,不能安排补休的,按照不低于日或者小时工资基数的200 支付加班工资;3.3.3.3.在法定休假日工作的,应当按照不低于日或者小时工资基数的 300 支付加班工

38、出勤,在出差申请登记表、请假申请登记表、外出工作登记表中又未反映,且综合办公室于 2 日之前未接到通知的情况,一律按旷工处理。3.4.5.公司维护考勤制度的严肃性,全体员工应共同遵守,相互监督。3.4.5.1.凡在考勤工作中故意弄虚作假、谎报、漏报、开具假证明,一经检查发现或检举核实,公司对当事人处以20100 元罚款,对部门、车间有关责任人进行通报批评。3.4.5.2.对于严格执行和模范遵守公司考勤制度,当年全勤者(即无事假、病假、迟到、早退和旷工),公司给予公告表扬。3.4.6.迟到、早退、旷工、擅离职守、串岗、睡岗的界定:3.4.6.1.未经准假,上班时间开始后5 分钟至 30 分钟内到
