1、学习资料收集于网络,仅供参考学习资料贵州工贸职业学院管理系旅游管理专业教学团队诊改工作总结汇报汇报人:杨一梅2018 年贵州工贸职业学院开展了全员、全过程、全方位参与的诊改工作,3 月是诊改工作的第一个月,诊改看似轰轰烈烈,但实际开展过程中却只是部分人在进行诊改,作为旅游管理和高铁乘务服务专业带头人,我认真负责地去带领团队开展诊改工作,始终还是摸着石头过河,遇到了很多的困难,但无论如何,我相信在我们所有人的配合和努力下,学院的诊改工作一定会取得实际的效果,3 月以来我团队在诊改工作中认真开展诊改工作,现将工作开展情况总结如下:一、我们做了什么?本学期,自期初培训开始,我就认真研读诊改工作的要求
2、,在学校诊改思路的指导下,具体开展了如下的工作:第一、开学第一课诊改组织安排好教师们上好第一课。要求开学第一课要从职业与就业引导、技能大赛介绍、职业资格证书考取、学历提升以及专业学习规划和考核方案等方面展开,不能第一课就开始一个劲儿的说教材。学习资料收集于网络,仅供参考学习资料第二、教师听评课诊改执行学校的听课要求,并做出详细的听课安排表,在教学团队内再进行分组,分组的作用在于,通过小组交叉与组内互听来实现听课自由但又保证大循环小循环的要求。第三、编写课程标准的及教学大纲,用课程标准来指导课程诊改。第四、从教师本人进行诊改安排好组内教师依据学校要求记录学习诊改实务,并写好个人月诊改报告。第五、
