1、客房部主管年终总结20XX 年是竞争激烈、硕果累累的一年,在酒店领导的细心指导和客房全体员工的共同努力下,客房部克服了酒店的相关人事变革、酒店五楼餐饮包厢整改为客房、客房淋浴间整改、人员流失严重、相关机关部门的反复检查、安装数字电视机顶盒、众多工程维修项目等等因素,致使各项工作都能够计划性的顺利开展,确保了客房收入的稳定提高。结合部门工作方针“从高要求、从细做起、从严管理”,在此对客房部过去一年的工作总结汇报如下:一、经营方面:20XX 年客房完成的营业总额为14200717.19 元(其中住房总收入为 14017074.00 元、客房杂项金额为183643.19 元),月平均营业额为 118
2、3393.10 元(其中月平均住房收入为1168089.50 元,月客房杂项金额为 15303.60 元),累计住房总数达到了45750 间,年度平均房价为 306.38 元,住房率为 89.52。根据以上数据,再结合年度分析,客房各项指标较20XX 年有所上升,但离酒店下达的营业指标(月均一百二十万)还有一定的差距,主要是受第一季度和九月份的影响,但是基本保持着上升的趋势,客房住房收入在酒店领导的指示下,以“能高则高”、“不留空房”、“留住每一位宾客”为原则,除个别月份受酒店客房整体装修和旅游淡季因素外较为稳定,然而客房杂项收入不太稳定,主要因素表现在会议接待和酒水方面。会议接待方面问题:酒
3、店只有两个会议室,四楼多功能厅名为“多功能会议厅”但实质上并不能够满足许多商务会议、培训会议客人的需求。一是供客人上网的端口有限,只能提供一个端口,这样一来客人得自带相应设备,给客人造成一定的麻烦,建议购买相关设备一套,放于电脑房保管,客房会议使用所需时临时登记领用;二是会议白板质量差,不便于保管,一年内更换了几次,酒店培训会议比较多,针对培训型会议,客人不好使用,晃动大,书写的字其他人不好观看,建议购买一个电子白板,免去了普通白板的更换费用和白板笔的费用;三是面积有限,不便于摆设客人所想的摆法,人数多的会议接不了,人数少的会议又闲费用太高,建议酒店让销售部根据客人人数、会议内容和会议成本来灵
4、活定价;四是供客人休息的场所没有,而且会议室周围就近的洗手间只有一个,还是男女公用的。十五楼行政会议室只可容纳二十人,属于小型会议室,其不利因素在于:一是没有定制多种桌套,如十人开会也还得用二十个人使用的桌套和桌子,桌子是拼凑而成,可定制多一种桌套便于更少人数来开会;二是没有音响设备。酒水方面问题:个别酒水相对深圳同档次酒店费用偏高,还没有完全抓住客人的消费心理和嗜好进行采购酒水并配入客房。在零五年第三季度期间,调查了深圳个别酒店客房的酒水情况,作了相应调整,文档编码:CM9X6M10A7G8 HG7I8M9A9Q8 ZC5I7K4F7L4文档编码:CM9X6M10A7G8 HG7I8M9A9

12、顿,首先是从老员工的心态入手,多做思想教育工作,让老员工更深层的意识到自己在酒店及部门所起的作用、担当的角色,让老员工体会到酒店及部门对于他们的重视程度,达到手把手的以老带新,另外,在不断的梳理投诉中,发现了问题的另一因素,在于部门员工服务过度和缺乏亲情服务,不是让客人感到厌烦就是让客人根本无法体会到酒店对客人的重视,走了两个极端,没有让宾客体会到宾至如归的感觉,部门就开展了一系列的趣味性的部门及班组培训,再加上管理人员的亲历亲为,在后期避免了此现象的恶化,得到了好转。卫生质量是客房的生命线,部门的任何一个环节都不可以出现办点马虎,客房一如既往的坚持“员工自查、部长检查、经理抽查”的宗旨,在酒
