1、研修总结教师继续教育是提高全体在职中小学教师整体素质和促进教师专业化的有效途径,也是全面实施素质教育的关键。网络研修为我们提供了一个平台,让我们教师一起交流,一起成长。通过几个月的学习,结合专家们的讲座,结合自己多年的教学经验,加上学习期间与实际相结合不断的实践,取得了非常大的进步。以下是一些 学习体会:一、更新了观念:通过学习,从“过去的我”与“现在的我”的对话交流,是努力摆脱“已成的我”,为不断获得新生的过程。努力研究自己,其目的就是为了提高自己、发展自己、更新自己。教师是学生成长的守护人,他将教师角色定位于学习者、研究者、实践者。教师是学习者,不仅要善于向实践学习,向理论学习,而且要向学

2、生学习。教师是研究者,带领学生主动积极参与科研课题的研究。教师是实践者,实践的内涵是“变革”。二、细节决定成败:一个细节可能会影响一个孩子的一生。一个教师最可贵的品质在于他能从日复一日的教学生涯中领悟和体会到教育的真谛,开掘出散发着新鲜芳香、体现着高尚情操的教育细节。学生是具有极大可塑性的个体,是具有自立发展能力充满创造力的生命体。概括地说,教育的真谛在于启发自觉,在于给心灵以向真、善、美方向发展的引力和空间。三、师生人格天然平等:教师和学生不但在人格上、感情上是平等的朋友,而且也是在求知识的道路上共同探索前进的平等的志同道合者。在教育中,学生只有感受到教师的善良和真诚爱心,才乐于听从老师的教

3、诲。正所谓“亲其师,信其道”,教师要抓住机会,适时地把自己的喜、怒、哀、乐表现给学生,与学生通过交流达到心与心的沟通。这个过程也是一个自我发现和自我完善的过程,除了需要不断客观的看待“过去的我”,我们更需要一份持久的热情,一份对教育、对学生、对社会的神圣信仰与追求!通过反思,将以往 工作中的不足 总结如下:一、关注、热爱学生:工作中,教师的角色发生转变,我要把热爱学生放在第一位,这是作为一名教师的职业道德。在过去的教学实践活动中,很多教师只满足于在其中扮演“教材的执行者”的角色,这和教师本身的教学观有关,也和课改以前我国的大教育体制环境以及其对教师的相应要求有关。通过老师的讲座我认为新课程要求

4、教师努力和学生建立平等互动的师生关系,教学过程首先是师生交往互动的过程,这种交往主要表现为以语言为中介进行沟通,教师与学生凭借自己已有的经验,用各自独特的精神表现方式,在教学过程中通过心灵的对话、意见的交换、思想的碰撞、合作的探讨,实现知识的共同拥有与个性的全面发展。热爱学生包括尊重信任学生、关心爱护学生,只要是我的学生,无论成绩好坏,我都一视同仁。坚持与学生平等相处,鼓励他们谈自己的想法,尽量使师生之间形成一种交流的习惯。我坚信:只有当学生接受了你这个人,才可能以主动的态度接受你的教育。二、勤于学习,不断充实自我:勤于学习,树立终身学习的观念,不断地充实自我是走向成功的最基础的途径。向书本学

12、的责任和义务。三、自我评价并反思:在教学过程中,我获得了成功的经验和总结失败的教训,学会了自我反省。在和其他教师学习讨论的同时,我也发现别人的长处,找出自己的优势和与别人之间的差距,使自己能正确评价自我。在学习过程中,我不仅更新了自己对法律的认识,更是清楚的了解到自己的法律地位,每个人都享有一定的权利,“平等”的口号不应是嘴上说说而已,落实到实处才拥有意义,否则有法也等于无法了。同时我也认识到作为一名教育前线的教师所应尽的责任和义务。四、交流经验,不断完善自我:通过学习了解相同学科教师的业务成长记录袋,拓展了自己的专业知识和教学方法,丰富自己的知识。从老教师那里学到了敬业与奉献,从中年教师那里

20、:选修课要求老师与时俱进,不能一味依赖教学参考书,而应不断更新观念,提出自己的独立见解。只有善于思考的老师,才会培养出更多善于思考的学生。三、拓展补充:我们语文老师应勤于动手,围绕所开选修课程搜集资料,及时补充各种信息,通过扩展老师的视野来扩展学生的知识面。学习让我们成长,反思让我们进步。在远程研修学习的过程中,每天按时观摩学习一个专题的讲座,认真听取了专家们对语文教学的指导和解读。对每一个专题的问题都和老师们进行了热烈的探讨,认真按时完成了作业。积极参与交流,尽可能多的阅读老师们提交的作业及发表的文章并及时做出评论。认真阅读了班级简报和课程简报,对每一点感悟都作了认真的记录。四、关注全体学生
