1、一、总则第一条为强化激励约束机制,突出效益、起点公平的绩效分配机制,最大限度地调动公司员工实现经营管理目标的积极性、主动性和创造性,建立一个适应我公司运作的科学、合理、规范的内部绩效工资考核体系,特制定本方案。第二条公司职工薪酬执行岗位工资加绩效工资。绩效工资考核分配方案,其宗旨在于把职工工资同经营业绩挂钩,通过科学、合理的考核,充分调动职工的工作积极性。二、指标设定第三条参与考核的指标暂时设置四项,分别是:业务技能指标、风险控制指标及服务质量指标。第四条每类指标针对对于各部门自身的业务特点分别在各自的指标体系中占不同的权重(即分值)。第五条各考核指标分值设置100 分(根据考核细则直至扣完为

9、、执行利率,每出现一次失误一次,扣5 分。3、借款合同、保证合同及其他资料填写规范、完整,每出现失误一次扣 5 分。4、借款借据、收息单据计算准确,出现失误一次扣5 分。风险控制指标35 1、以公平、公正、严肃的态度受理业务,杜绝掺杂任何人私人感情,造成损失的按公司制度处理外每次扣5 分。2、严格审核贷款客户的相关资料,每出现失误一处分别扣5 分。3、每月提前7 天通知客户归还利息,提前 10 天通知贷款到期客户归还借款,逾期归还利息每拖一天,扣1 分,贷款每逾期归还一天扣2分。4、公司办理的业务按类落实到人,责任挂钩。内部管理指标20 1、不得私自泄露公司相关经营信息及客户信息,每出现一次扣
10、5 分,造成严重损失、影响不好的针对情况最低罚款500 元,上不封顶。2、办公环境保持整洁卫生、档案资料归档及时,妥善保管,办公室门窗(班后)及时关好,每出现一次不合格情况扣2 分。3、对临时交办工作应在规定时间内保质完成,每拖延一天扣2 分。4、严格遵守公司相关制度,每出现违纪一次扣2 分。5、公司各类票据要妥善保管,意外损坏或丢失后保全措施采取不当的,相关责任人承担全部损失并每人次扣3 分。6、账务处理严格规范,各类报表申报及时准确,每出现不规范一处或延期申报一天,对相关责任人扣2 分。7、及时上报人民银行、金融办等单位所要各种报表材料。如不及时上报,被有关单位通报批评,每发生一次扣2 分
