42、钻渣清出孔外,清孔一般采用钻杆注水清孔,清孔以水流不混为止。清孔前先安装套管深入基孔内岩面以下0.5m,在有效加固段开设注浆孔。套管主要起到防止坍孔及限制注浆范围的作用。土层注浆孔不洗孔。监理工程师检查清孔效果。2、浆液制做浆液配制用原材料必须经检验合格方可使用。水泥采用P.O32.5 普通硅酸盐水泥、水玻璃 38,43?Be、模数 2.4,3.0,浆液配合比 0.8:1,1.1,双浆液时水泥浆:水玻璃(体积)一般控制在 1:0.08 左右。制浆时对材料进行称重。为保证浆液浓度的均匀,采用二次搅拌,即第一只搅拌桶中按规定的配合比拌制浆液、搅拌2min后放入第二只搅拌桶中待用,禁止一边搅拌一边抽

50、岩溶注浆根据先导勘探孔确定的注浆范围、注浆段落、深度及有关参数进行,注浆顺序先边缘孔,后中心孔,并隔排跳孔进行。岩溶不发育时,采用水泥浆回填钻孔。注浆压力一般基岩0.1,0.3MPa,岩土界面附近加大至0.3,0.5MPa。注浆方式宜采用分段提管注浆,注浆时采用套管护壁,上行式注浆。导入50mm 注浆管,距孔底 30cm开始注浆,当压力达到0.1,0.3MPa 稳定后并突然超过0.3MPa停止注浆并开始提管,在基岩中提管二至三次,提管达到基岩面时,当压力达到0.3,0.5MPa 稳定后并突然超过0.5MPa时,再次提管,开始注浆上部帷幕,当压力达到 0.3,0.5MPa 稳定 30min,且吸
