1、第一条为鼓励员工积极向上、多做贡献及奖励先进、选拔贤能,特制定本制度。第二条本制度所指的晋升,是指公司对符合晋升条件的员工给予工资的晋级或职务的升迁。第三条公司员工工作努力、业绩突出者,均可成为被晋升的对象。对员工的晋升应当严格要求,公平对待。第四条凡具备下列条件之一者,都予晋升工资一级;1.忠于公司,在公司效力5 年经上且表现良好者;2.积极做好本职工作,连续3 年成绩,突出受到公司表彰者;3.业务有突出专长,个人年创利30 万元以上者;4.连续数次对公司发展提出重大建议为公司采纳,并产生重大经济效益者;5.非本人责任而为公司拘回经济损失10 万元以上者;6.领导有方,所领导的单位连续2 年
2、创利 200万元以上或成绩显著者;7.领导亏损单位扭亏为盈,经营管理有方者;8.有其他突出贡献,董事会或总经理认为该给予晋级嘉奖者。对成绩特别突出或贡献特别重大者,可给予晋升二级;同时具备领导才能者,可给予提升行政职务一级。第五条晋升程序如下:1.员工推荐、本人自荐或单位提名;2.经理办公会审核;3.董事会或总经理批准。其中,属董事会聘任的员工,其晋升由经理办公会审核,总经理提名董事会批准;属总经理聘任的员工,其晋升由各部门审核,各部门提名总经理批准。第六条晋升名单由董事会或总经理发布,公开表彰。第七条晋升手续由办公室负责办理。第八条本公司设立好下奖励方法:1.大会表扬;2.奖金奖励;3.晋升

10、J4D2F4N5I3文档编码:CF3J1G9A5O6 HP4Z7C5Z6M2 ZJ4D2F4N5I310.坚持自学,不断提高业务水平,任职期内取得中专以上文凭或获得其他专业证书;11.其他对公司作出贡献,董事会或总经理变为应当给予奖励的。员工有上述表现符合晋升制度规定的,给予晋升提级。第十条员工有下列行为之一,经批评教育不改的,视情节轻重,分别给予扣除一定时期的奖金、扣除部分工资、警告、记过、降级、辞退、开除等处分1.违反国家法规、法律、政策和公司规章制度,造成经济损失或不良影响的;2.违反劳动法规,经常迟到、早退、旷工、消极怠工,没完成生产任务或工作任务的;3.不服从工作安排和调动、指挥,或

18、 HP4Z7C5Z6M2 ZJ4D2F4N5I3达到刑事处分的;10.挑动是非,破坏团结,损害他人名誉或领导威信,影响恶劣的;11.泄露公司秘密,把公司客户介绍给他人或向客索取回扣、介绍费的;12.散布谣言,损害公司声誉或影响稳定的;13.利用职权对员工打击报复或包庇员工违法乱纪行为的;14.有其他违章违纪行为,董事会或总经理应予以处罚的。员工有上述行为,情节严重,触犯刑律的,提交司法部门依法处理。第十一条员工有上述行为造成公司经济损失的,责任人除按上条规定承担应负的责任,赔偿公司损失:第十二条各部门主管发现本部门员工犯有本制度规定的行为时,应及时向经理办公会会报告;员工也可向上级部门检举、揭
