1、在磨课中历练,在反思中成长20XX年 12 月 10-11 号武汉市光谷五小同课异构联谊活动在我校举行,它为校园的冬天增添了一道亮丽的风景线。在学校领导的关怀下,我校青年工作坊的7 位老师参加了这次评比活动,并取得了圆满的成功。公开课是青年教师专业成长的有效途径。通过磨课、上课、评课让年轻教师得到了很好的历练和促进。公开课是教师进行教学思想和教学探索实践的平台,对青年教师快速成长更是有着积极的意义,是青年教师不断学习和提高的动力。于此同时,公开课对青年教师知识体系的完善、教学技能的提高和教学思想、教学方法的改进都起着重要的作用,是青年教师成长的催化剂和加油站,感谢校领导给了我们这次学习的好机会

2、。下面就结合此次磨课、上课、评课活动谈几点总结反思。一磨课反思在接到活动通知后,我认真学习有关磨课的要求,课题确定后,我围绕如何把握教学目标、教学重难点、如何处理教材、如何创设问题情境、如何合理安排教学时间等问题进行了预设,并做出了一个授课方案。本课以体育与健康新课程标准为依托,教学中采用分层次、递进式的教学方法,教学过程以吸引学生注意力,激发学生学习兴趣为重点,力求整堂课愉快、高效,让学生在兴趣老师的带领下玩中学、学中乐,初步掌握韵律操的基本技能方法。根据小学三年级学生特点比较活泼好动,我认为要上好此堂课最重要的是能抓住学生的注意力,让他们在上课中引起其兴趣是关键,所以我利用呼啦圈和动感好听

3、的儿歌音乐作为道具进行教学。在整堂课的开始部分,首先设计的一个趣味报数以集中学生的注意力,紧接着是一个热身操以调动学生的学习热情。在课的基本部分,首先是韵律健美操的一个基本手型的学习,紧接着是利用颜色各异的呼啦圈来学习健美操的2 个基本步伐,在这个主要部分的教学中,我采用了递进式的教学方法,采用了小组分层活动、小组比赛的形式来巩固基本步伐的学习,再接着就是上肢组合动作的学习及上下肢的完整动作练习。最后通过一个小游戏穿隧道让整堂课步入了高潮,学生在轻松愉悦的氛围中玩游戏。在课的结束部分,我采用了放松操进行放松,让学生在身心愉悦的体育课中结束本次课的学习。在整堂课的教学中,音乐是灵魂,我用音乐贯穿

4、着教学的整个过程。达到了本课设计的预期目的。磨课结束后,体育组的教研员、五小的程校长及我校的杨主任等人都觉得教学过程流畅,结构层次分明,环节布局紧扣教学的重难点,但没有大胆放手让学生主动学习、探究,时间紧张,组织队形教学的形式较单一。二点滴收获:1.体育课应该让学生在最自然最放松的状态下完成课程学习,让孩子们在玩中学,学中乐。2.根据目标统领的方法及各年龄段学生的特点,设定学生喜欢的教学内容。3.在平时的日常教学中,应多鼓励学生大胆的表现自己,张扬自己的个性,培养学生的集体主义精神。4.在平时上课的过程中应适时给学生灌输安全教文档编码:CB7J8N8T4U7 HU5W2L9Y1C8 ZG1T6

11、M7J1H3文档编码:CB7J8N8T4U7 HU5W2L9Y1C8 ZG1T6M7J1H3文档编码:CB7J8N8T4U7 HU5W2L9Y1C8 ZG1T6M7J1H3育。5.要磨出精品课,就必须钻研教材,对如何调动学生的积极性如何处理教材等进行反复研讨。6.通过互相听课、评课,取长补短,借鉴别人的优点使自己的专业水平得到更大的提高。7.适合自己的才是最好的。由于新教材注重学生自己探索,弹性较大,教材内容的补充、拓展和延伸有较大的空间。在教学过程中,应结合学生实际情况,大胆的尝试,灵活的处理教材,最大限度的发挥自己的教学特色,努力寻找适合自己的教学平台。三不足之处:1.学生展示时,没有让前

12、两排学生蹲下,以致后两排学生的观察视线受限,影响教学效果。2.基本部分的学习过程中,时间没有掌握好,以至于后面的游戏部分时间不足,原先设计的一次练习一次比赛,后来只练习了一次,比赛就没有安排,学生没有尽兴。3.练习时表现好的学生没有及时的鼓励表扬。4.对队伍两边的同学关注过少。5.在游戏部分,规则讲解不是很清晰。6.没有鼓励学生利用所学的手型和步伐自编动作7.在拓展学生思维、培养学生能力方面需要加强。四设想期望活动结束了,但我的思维却为停止。这次活动让我想了很多,比如:学校如何以此次活动为契机,更加行之有效的开展下去;作为体育教师,我的语言应如何具有亲和力,让孩子们喜欢我的体育课;我该如何去提
