As a major Daymon business driver, he/she has overall responsibility for preparation and execution of s

2、trategic and business plans.Duties, Responsibilities and Expected ContributionsCategory Management and New Product Development Manages assigned categories, performs analysis, and develops and recommends strategy within assigned area of responsibility Works with Sourcing department and Suppliers to d

3、evelop new products with a clear benefit to the consumer and manage existing product lines Manage New Product Launch process through multifunctional project team with different functions like Analytics, Category Management, Sourcing, Marketing Branding, QA, Packaging Design, and Store ManagementCond

4、uct Category Reviews Interprets trends and other sales analysis data Prepare tactics (4Ps) plan of the existing assortment and ensures it is executedDrives innovative product development, concepts, and processes Brand and Marketing management Demonstrate functional expertise in all facets of Private

5、 Brand Branding via on-the-job development, educational and networking opportunities Co-work with marketing manager on private brand strategy set up including consumer research, TC definition and brand value finalization as well as product launch marketing plans; product promotions; advertising; in-

6、store displays; merchandising strategies; digital marketing Demonstrate increased innovation and autonomy around marketing, brand management and consumer data analytics; may lead team providing more experience and covering more suppliersCollaboration and Relationship Management Collaborates and part

13、进行优化,确保销售网络数量及质量同步开展;1.3. 经销商管理:做好经销商的效劳和管理工作,包括销售指导、 对账确认、回款催促;协助、引导经销商及其员工进行精耕细作,对二 批、终端进行开发维护,确保货品在终端的上柜率;1.4. 终端客户掌控:协助经销商对重点二批商、大型终端客户进 行开发,并阶段性拜访,掌控重点分销客户销售动向;1.5. 根底工作:按时提交自己的各种工作方案、总结;负责片区内 竞品信息的收集及动态的分析;2、任职资格:2.1、 招聘大区经理假设干名;年龄2533岁,大专以上学历;2.2、 三年以上汽配行业区域经理、大区经理销售工作经验;有滤清器、润滑油、养护品、刹车片等汽车易损

14、件产品销 售经验者优先考虑,并可适当放宽应聘条件;2.3、 具备较强的经销商开发能力及沟通能力;可接受每月不低于22天的出差;配件业务经理岗位保技术经理岗位职责任职要求品保技术经理岗位职责岗位职责:1、组织、制订标准化体系并推进实施;2、注重新技术、 新材料的开展及在包装印刷行业的运用,优化工艺,保证集团技术先进 及产品创新;3、与营销业务团队进行技术沟通,就具体工程或客户进行 技术交流,为业务及各子公司提供技术支持;4、组建技术、品质管控团 队,注重技术人才引进;5、组织产品检测及评定,监督品质过程管控,促 进品质改善;6、组织产品打样,标准打样标准,引导打样团队,提高产品 打样率。任职要求:1、包装、印刷专业等相关院校毕业,拥有丰富的包 装印刷专业知识;2、五年以上包装印刷行业从业经验,两年以上技术、 品质管理经验;3、熟悉标准化体系建设;较强的组织协调及沟通能 力;4、接受外派至苏州、东莞、莆田等分公司。品保技术经理岗位【欧美产品经理岗位职责任职要求】
