1、1/8 XX年人力资源年终总结正值此辞旧迎新之际,需要回顾总结过去的工作及不足,下面是小编收集整理的XX 年人力资源年终总结,欢迎阅读参考!XX 年人力资源年终总结一:一、20 xx 年人力资源工作总述。20 xx 年公司人力资源管理与开发在进一步做好人力资源基础性工作的同时;加强定岗定员、人力资源培训与开发、人力资源管理信息化和人力资源管理制度建设;不断开拓人力资源视野,把握人力资源动态,吸收国内外最新人力资源管理思想和理念,进行人力资源管理改革与创新。二、人力资源基本情况。截至 20 xx 年 12 月 31 日南粤物流(含合资、控股公司)员工人数1880 人,其中公司本部67 人,通驿1

2、288 人,广东新粤 300 人,实业93 人,威盛 17 人,东方思维115 人。南粤物流学历情况:截至20 xx 年 12 月 31 日公司拥有大专及以上学历482 人,其中博士1 人,硕士37 人,本科242 人,大专 202 人。三、通过岗位分析与设置,做好定岗定员工作。为配合做好公司经营业绩和员工绩效考核工作,加强人工成本控制,根据精干、高效的原则,各属公司结合本公司主营业务情况进行定岗定员,具体情况如下:2/8(一)通驿分两类进行定岗定员:1、各管理中心按里程、服务区对数以及业务范围等关键指标进行分类;2、服务区按车流量、营业额等指标分类。确定各类管理中心和服务区的岗位和人员配备,

3、力争为新的服务区建设提供标准化模块。(二)广东新粤应按公路工程交通安全设施、通信、供电、监控、收费等不同业务量以及合同工程总额、里程和工期情况对现有组织架构、岗位和人员进行适当合理优化,控制好人员数量和人工成本。(三)实业根据高速公路建设材料供应量、供货总额和里程、工期、工程规模以及信息技术服务等不同业务情况来做好定岗定员工作。(四)威盛根据海运以及新拓展的业务特点,在现有定编的基础上分块做好岗位任职资格条件说明书和岗位说明书。同时我们通过走访广珠北、大学城、曲江和后门服务区、广梧等项目,对各项目定岗定员工作进行调研,掌握了第一手定岗定员资料。四、积极推进人力资源管理制度建设,基本确立公司人力

11、行办法、员工考勤管理暂行办法、劳动合同管理办法和人事档案管理细则等人力资源管理与开发制度的初稿汇编工作。其中员工薪酬福利试行办法和员工绩效考核暂行办法已正式颁布并在施行中。广东新粤除了完善原有人力资源管理制度外,完成iso质量认证。通驿公司编制了中层管理人员考核管理办法和劳动合同管理办法,修改完善公司员工考勤管理实施细则和服务区人事管理制度,让日常管理工作更制度化、规范化和更具操作性。东方思维根据劳动法和劳动政策法规,结合公司的实际情况,明晰了奖惩、考核、异动与选拔、休假、劳动关系等内容,逐步完善公司的劳动人事管理制度。五、为适应公司战略和员工个人发展需要,各属公司人力资源开发与培训工作大大加

20、产管理、财务会计基础及档案管理、税务税法、公文写作、建设工程项目管理、便利店信息系统管理、文书科技档案管理、保安骨干、厨师、烧卤、中餐服务技巧等各类专业技能培训班,不同程度地提高了相关人员的理论知识和实际操作能力。广东新粤培训工作效果显著。一方面,新粤重点抓好技术人员培训,通过赛宝认证中心参加了计算机信息系统集成项目经理和高级项目经理培训班;另一方面,认真抓好如下日常性的岗位业务学习:组织人力资源管理人员进行专题业务培训学习,积极配合开发部、技术服务部进行内部技术管理培训,新员工上岗培训,户外拓展能力培训。全年参加培训的员工共81 人次(其中:中层以上管理人员13 人次)。实业按照年度培训计划
