31、了消除新员工在做工作计划时的顾虑和问题,通过半个小时的讲解,让新员工对公司的目标管理的工作模式进行了解和遵守,从而达到提高工作效率及执行力的目的。课程建议:由于在我们的企业中,计划与目标管理尤为重要,因此,我们做培训安排时,会考虑保留针对做工作计划的内容及要求的讲解。但是关于时间管理的其他内容,将在职业化培训课堂上为全体员工灌输。4、内训问题:目前部门内训没有明确的培训方案,导致人力资源部无法对各部门内训进行控制和跟进。内训改进对策:要求部门负责人提交每次内训的培训方案,包括培训内容,培训时间,培训责任人。同时要求提供内训记录单,规定内训时要确保完成对的培训。人力资源部设计,并对内训进行反馈跟

40、入党积极分子展开培训相关文件精神,开展了以“居安思危、发挥党员先进模范作用”为主题的一系列入党积极分子培训和思想教育工作。通过系列教育活动的开展,使同学们了解党的光辉历程和党的时代特征以及发展的新阶段。积极投身社会主义现代化建设,为构建新型和谐的社会贡献自己的力量。一、开班典礼3 月 30 号下午 2 点,我系第二十届入党积极分子开班仪式在综合楼13 栋 204 教室隆重举行,系党委书记徐怀和全系217 名入党积极分子参加了会议。大会在入党积极分子中级培训负责人的宣布中拉开序幕,经贸系党委书记徐怀首先在大会上讲话,熊书记在讲话中要求各位入党积极分子要认真学习党的理论、章程,加强自身政治修养,提
41、高认识、分清大是大非、严格要求,永葆党的先进性与纯洁性。徐书记同时结合我院实际情况指出,目前我院提出两型校园建设是我院学习贯彻xx 提出“科学发展观”的重要举措,希望大家在科学发展观的指导下积极投身我院两型校园建设,为构建新型和谐的校园贡献自己的力量。二、观看电教片为了全面系统地讲解了科学发展观的科学内涵和精神实质,对于帮助各期入党积极分子,进一步深刻领会党的十七大报告精神,深入学习实践科学发展观,具有强烈的现实价值和指导意义。我系于 3 月 30 日和 31 日半两天分别观看、电教片,使广大入党积极分子深受鼓舞,充分了解党员的先锋模范作用以及面临的重大事情临危不惧等精神风貌。三、结业考试本着
42、提高经贸系入党积极分子的理论水平和党性觉悟,认真培养具有优良作风的社会主义合格人才的目的,第二十七入党积极分子中级培训于4 月 2 号中午 12:30 在经贸系7 栋5 楼进行中培结业考试,考试结束后,进行成绩统计,发现他们经过8 天的学习,在思想上有了一个很大的提高,并且达到了我们预期所要求的结果。总之,本次考试是入党积极分子培训后的结业考试,是对他们这次党课培训成果的检验。在本次考试前,每位考生均认真学习党的有关知识,积极备考,希望他们无论是在思想上还是在学习上,都要力争上游,向党员靠齐,争取早日加入中国共产党。跋涉在求学的征途上,让鲜红的党旗为我们的青春增加亮丽永恒的色彩!四、义务劳动为
