1、精品文档精品文档营仔镇福山小学2017-2018 年度第一学期教学教研工作总结为了努力提高教师教学教研水平,提高教学质量,办人民满意的教育,我校始终落实上级的各项规定,积极推进教育课程改革,狠抓教学常规,加强质量监管,把素质教育思想真正落实到教育教学实践中,从而提高了学校教育教学质量。一学年来,我校主要开展了以下教学教研工作:一、扎实开展教学常规管理工作,促进教研质量的提升加强教学常规管理,是落实教育计划的根本保证。因此,我们始终落实上级的各项规定,认真组织学习上级有关文件精神。结合我校实际,认真制定了教学教研工作计划,并组织各学科教研组制定活动计划,明晰思路。严格按照课程计划要求开好课、上好

2、课。定期检查教师教学常规工作落实情况,发现问题及时反馈并进行跟踪检查。1、落实教学常规的管理制度,规范备课上课,作业批改等各环节,狠抓教学常规的落实。本学年,我们仍然加强教学督导,落实各项教研活动。做到有布置、有检查、有记载、有总结反馈、有整改意见。教师的备课做到备教法,备学生,备板书,备练习。做到先备课、再上课。每课教案尽量做到环节齐全。开展说课、听评课活动,促进备课,讲课质量的提高。2、加强教学质量监控,建立期中和期末知识检测质量跟踪的报告制度。在肯定教学质量在原有基础上有提高的做法同时,组织教师认真探讨、总结教学失误所在,及时补救,努力实现教学质量的稳步上升。学校能准确掌握各班的教学质量

3、情况,及时反馈,及时指导,注重各学科成绩的实质性提高。精品文档精品文档3、抓好“培优补差”工作,抓好学生良好学习习惯的养成教育。教师全面关心学生,尊重学生,学会倾听,学会赏识。对待学困生,教学中做到“四优先”:提高优先、激励优先、面批优先、辅导优先。同时与家访活动紧密结合起来,有效地提高“培优补差”工作的实效性。4、各学科教研组每学期检查四次,教导处分别在学期初、期中、期末进行三次检查,并详细记载检查情况,写出相应的小结,对存在的问题及时提出整改意见,对能及时写好教学反思的教师给予表扬和鼓励。通过严肃认真、细致具体的工作,我们把教学常规落实到了实处,学校的教学质量也在稳步上升。二、抓实课堂教学

4、,提高课堂教学效果1、开展学科教研组活动,优化课堂教学。本学年我们积极开展学科教研活动,分成三个教研组,各组成员在教研组长的组织下,开展了听课评课活动、教学研讨活动。2、重视教师专业水平的发展,鼓励教师积极参加学历提升,学校继续建立师德师风建设的长效机制,建立重能力、重实绩、重贡献的激励机制,对教育教学效果好、师德师风好的教师在评优评先方面给予照顾。继续开展教师岗位技术练兵、教师说课、作课、评课等活动,打造学习型校园。坚持集中业务学习制度,充分利用业务学习时间组织全体教师认真学习各门学科的课程标准,并进行深入的研究和探讨,领会其精神实质,把握教改方向,明确课程改革的目标任务,用课程标准中阐明的

12、学期末学校对教师的业务学习情况进行检查与考评。三、继续深化教育教学改革,优化教学过程。在全体教师明确了课程标准之后,要求教师将素质教育的理念体现在课程标准之中。重视对学生学习过程与方法,情感态度和价值观的培养,引导学生主动参与,亲身实践,独立思考,合作探究,从而实现学习方式的转变,改变单一的记忆,接受,模仿的被动学习方式,发展学生搜集和处理信息的能力,获取新知识的能力,分析解决问题的能力,以及交流与合作的能力。四、扎实开展校本教研,促进教师专业化的发展。继续完善校本教研制度,大力开展校本教研活动。结合本校自身实际,完善相关制度,把短期计划与长期规划相结合,开展形式多样的校本教研活动,重视理论学
