1、教学设计学科体育年级五年级教学形式教师林旭华单位铅山县实验小学课题名称小学体育水平三-跨越式跳高学情分析五年级学生身体状况正处在男女生身体特征变化的青春期,学生正处在生长加速期,有很强的求知欲和表现欲,正是养成正确的身体姿势和发展体能的有利时期,发展其跨越、速度和平衡能力以及各种有节奏的练习便显得尤为重要,培养学生以乐观积极的态度去面对困难和挫折也是本课想达到的目标。教材分析本节课设计的是水平三跨越单元中的一节,进一步掌握和改进跨越式跳高的动作方法。跳高是一种开放式的教材,它没有固定的动作规定,没有硬性统一的要求,这样无疑为学生提供了一个自我选择、自我体验、自我探究的广阔学习空间,体育活动:教

2、师结合实际,挖掘一些符合学生身心特点的教材来充实体育教学内容,这与新课标相融相合。教学目标知识目标进一步掌握和改进跨越式跳高的动作方法。能力目标发展身体灵敏素质和协调性,提高跳跃能力。情感态度与价值观目标培养学生团结协作探究的能力。教学重难点重点:发展跳跃能力。难点:起跳与摆动腿配合,动作自然协调。教学策略:场地器材:跳高架一个,皮筋4 条教学流程(一)课堂常规整齐队伍跑步进场(二)热身活动(器材上的各种跑和跳的练习)(三)跨越式跳高教学(原地跨越练习-连续跨越练习助跑起跨越练习跨越式跳高完整练习纠错与提高环节继续练习个体差异辅导随堂小评价环节)(四)身体协调性练习(五)放松活动、课堂小结教学
