10、上,一个架起二郎腿,而且两腿不停的颤抖,另一个身子松懈的斜靠在沙发一角,两手攥握手指咯咯作响,只有一个同学端坐在椅子上等候面试,人事部主任起身非常客气地对两位坐在沙发上的同学说:“对不起,你们二位的面试已经结束了,请退出”。两位同学四目相对,不知何故,面试怎么什么都没问,就结束了。分析与思考1你知道其中的缘故吗?2结合本案例谈谈个人举止应该注意哪些方面参考答案1、那两位同学举止不规范,破坏了自身形象。2要“站有站相,坐有坐相”。酒店服务人员每天都要与宾客打交道,良好的仪态是风度和气质的表露。仪态传达的信息就是体态语言。体态语言也称为视觉沟通,在沟通中占据 55%的信息量。第一节三姿训练一、站姿

26、地面,两手平放于腿上2、左腿置于右腿之上,两脚在踝关节处交叉,两腿前端外侧着地,膝部稍收,两手合握于腹前。3、膝部紧靠,两脚同时向左方或向右放,两手互握于腹前右侧4、左脚前伸,全脚着地,大腿紧靠,两脚前后在同一条线上5、两膝并拢,两小腿向右侧斜伸出,左腿叠放于右腿上,左脚挂在右脚踝关节处并绷直,两腿收紧,上身左转45,沉肩、挺胸。6、髋部左转45,头胸向右转,左小腿垂直于地面,右小腿向里收,左脚脚尖向下。二)男士基本坐姿三)坐姿中的入座与离座要求四)坐姿注意事项(1)入座轻缓,起座稳重。(2)女子落座双膝必须并拢,双手自然弯曲放在膝盖和大腿上。(3)不要坐满椅子。(4)切忌脚尖朝天。(5)切忌
