1、教学案例好的教学设计是修改出来的新密市实验初中段晓红好的教学设计是修改出来的新密市实验初中段晓红2016 年 5 月 10 日,周二。本是平常的一天,对我来说,却又是紧张的一天。今天,在我们学校,要举行东协作区的语文课堂达标展示课活动,一共三个人,我的课,安排在上午第二节。之所以心里忐忑,是因为这次所上的课,不是语文课本里的某一篇,而是推荐的课外名著成长,请带上这封信的阅读课,我选择的课型,是阅读欣赏课。但是,从来没有上过这种课型,出外听的又不多,所以心里没底。但我不是轻易放弃的人,再难的事,都要尽力而为。从接到通知的那一刻起,从看到信息网上通知的那一刻起,我决定,大胆尝试一次,让自己做个阅读
2、课型的探索中,勇敢的践行者!于是,不眠之夜开始了,我的教学方案,几经考虑,几经修改,从导入语、衔接语、结束语,到目标的设计,流程的设计,问题的设计,板书的设计,事无巨细,都一一思虑周全。第一次的方案是:题目:引用书中的一句话,愿你过上我从未看见与理解的生活。导入:“好书不厌百回看”,以此引出这次的阅读欣赏课,询问同学们又得到了哪些新的感悟、启发、理解与收获。目标:1、交流感悟,体悟成长;2、赏析语言,体察深意;3、重视阅读,做好自己。所选篇目:刘瑜愿你慢慢长大;张泉灵大大的世界;白岩松生命的邮件。流程:活动一,等闲识得春风面,万紫千红总是春;(第一步,出示 12 张图片,看看 TA是谁;第二步

11、安妮宝贝我们彼此的人生是独立的节选;白岩松生命的邮件节选。流程:活动一,不变;活动二,问题:这三篇文章都是教育孩子的,有什么相同点和不同点?举例回答。再分别根据文章设计问题。活动三,世间人子非枭獍,闻得谁无反哺心。(把书面表达换成口头表达,节省时间。)板书:画一棵成长之树,树上枝叶是成长所需要的好品质。反思第二次方案:1、题目没感觉;2、导语有点浪费时间,因为只是说出“成长”还不够,还要进一步引导;4、所选篇目太多,一课时处理不完;5、设计问题之间缺乏联系,彼此孤立;6、给父母写信课堂上无法操作,时间不允许;7、板书太虚,指导意义不大。于是再次修改,努力贴近阅读欣赏课的“欣赏”重点,从一本书中

20、于下面的进行,因为还要归还,还要读出自己的心事,需要再修改。3、三次活动都总结“成长是一件事儿”,想法不错,学生未必能认识到,未必能说出来,不如取消。于是,不厌其烦,再次修改如下:第四次的方案是:题目:成长那些事儿。导入:以刚刚过去的家长会两幅图片导入。(会议上,学生都有给家长写信。,贴近生活实际。)流程:活动一,图片精简为 9 张;活动二,不变;活动三,让学生匿名写心事,写在自己喜欢的颜色和折成了不同形状的卡片上,老师用盒子收集,学生随意抽取,念给大家听。老师也写,也参与。就这样,抛开过于琐碎的细节不谈,只是这些大的方面,都修改了四次,就在临上讲台的前20分钟,我还在修正我的问题设计语言,尽

28、7 ZS5H1Y2W10S5文档编码:CM6P6M1R7N4 HD8H5X3F9K7 ZS5H1Y2W10S5他们深深的思考;活动三更是将课堂推向了高潮,学生神秘的写心事,藏在制作的信封里,有飞机状、大白状,光头强状、心形,五角星形,还有轮船样,苹果样,等等,实在喜欢人!当我把自己的卡片也投进盒子时,学生惊呼,一心想捞出来念给大家听。终于,我以自己的切身经历,又一次不露声色的教育学生,宽容,是放过别人,解脱自己。最后,大家在我语重心长的总结中,开开心心的下课了,我也觉得很幸福!我终于明白,没有精心准备仓促上的课,无论如何都不会成功;而好的教学设计,就是这样无数次的推翻自己,无数次的反思,无数次
29、的设想,无数次的修改,最终呈现出来的完美!尽管,那节课上,我仍有小小的遗憾,比如,最后一个环节本来是最高潮的,却因为时间紧有让学生尽兴;又比如,小组合作时,指导的不够具体。等等。但,我已经很满足了,来听课的别的学校的老师,和本校的领导、老师都给予了很高的评价。我尽力了!我无悔了!我尝试了!我快乐了!我也觉得我,成功了!通过这次上课,我感受最深的就是:好的教学设计,是反复修改出来的!希望自己,同行,都能认识到修改的重要性,反思的重要性,让自己的课堂更有魅力,让自己的教学能力,得到更好的提升!文档编码:CM6P6M1R7N4 HD8H5X3F9K7 ZS5H1Y2W10S5文档编码:CM6P6M1
