1、教育工作者教师学习心得体会 践行群众路线献身教育事业本期来,我们学校开展了学习党的群众路线的培训活动,在学校党支部的带领下,全体党员教师积极参加了学习活动,并且根据自己的实际工作开展自查自纠活动。群众路线是党的工作的根本路线,归纳起来就四句话:“一起为了群众、一切依靠群众、从群众中来、到群众中去”。而我作为一名普通的小学教师,对我而言,“群众”就是和我朝夕相处的学生们和家长们,“群众路线”就是“一切为了学生、一切依靠学生、从学生中来、到学生中去”,我的梦就是以学生为本,全心全意为学生服务。在这次活动中我受益非浅,感觉作为教师就是要关心每一个孩子,把老师温暖的阳光洒向每一个孩子!下面结合自己教学
2、的亲身感受谈谈自己的心得体会:一、视孩子为上帝,和颜悦色,循循善诱:我教的这个三 3 班是去年接手的,差生非常多,优生不冒尖,学生学习积极性不高,字写得差,全班66 人,家庭作业几乎一半完不成。曾经在全年级八个班中均分排列第七位,优质率排列第八位。家长双双在外地打工,有的是爷爷奶奶租住屋里带着,有的是全托在寄托所。一半的学生几乎没有人管。这样一个班,教起来懒心乐意,不太尽心尽力。自从学习这个党的十八大的群众路线后,觉得自己对不起党员的称号,没有做到“一切为了学生。”于是,我不断反思自己,开始热爱这个班级,热爱这个班上的学生。尤其是从后进生入手。例如:徐肇文第一单元考试只打36 分,很多地方是白
3、纸,没动笔。看拼音写汉字一个字都不会拼,拼拼音没掌握方法,总是变音。于是我下课把他喊到我的办公室里,专门写拼音让他拼,看他的问题到底出在哪里?结果,我只辅导了他几个下课时间,他就很会拼了,看拼音写汉字几乎不拼错了。在课堂上,我特别关注他,在上日积月累里的四字词语时,16 个四字词语,我进行现场词语背诵比赛,只给几分钟的时间,徐肇文很快就背下来了,之前孩子们在他回答问题的时候总是讥笑他,我以此契机,大力表扬他,夸他聪明。从此,他很快就进入了学习的角色。现在成绩从来没有不及格过了。多数时候80 多分甚至 90 多分。现在像变了一个人似的。再如郑墨茨:第一单元考试 35 分,作文几乎一个字不会写。为
4、了不让一个孩子掉队,找到他不会写作的原因,我把他和他妈妈带到我家里,对他进行了半天的作文辅导,发现他把一篇文章可以说出来,就是写不出来,原因是一二年级学过的生字一个都不会写,于是我要他用拼音写下来,结果一篇文章中十个字,有九个是拼音,并且拼音是错的。我找到了他的根源,他妈妈也看到了事实,就是一定要搞好生字听写。在我和他妈妈的齐心协力下,生字听写多数时候正确,默写也过关得比较好,原来考试日积月累不会填,现在试卷上不再留下白花花的一片,作文也能写较长,并不再写拼音了。成绩次次都及格,并且可以打到80 多分了。特别关爱后进生,不让一个孩子掉队!这应该是老师的人格魅力,只有这样,才会教出好学生,才会无

12、,这个母亲每次开家长会回来都隐瞒了老师对孩子的批评指责,幼儿园老师说他有多动症;小学老师说他有智力障碍;初中老师说考上重点中学危险。而母亲并没有把老师的话如实地告诉孩子。反而安慰说:老师说你原来坐不了一分钟,现在能坐三分钟;老师说你并不是笨孩子,会超过你的21 名的同桌;老师说你只要努力,就能考上重点高中。果然,他考上了清华大学。可见,母亲给予他的鼓励多么重要,希望你再不要说自己的孩子笨、傻、憨了。黄杨现在生字听写正确率高多了。成绩也上来了。上课也坐得端端正正。任何一个孩子,我们都不能放弃他,也请家长们不要放弃你的孩子。还有何嘉乐、皮创成在外打工的爸爸和妈妈,在我的劝说下,纷纷回到家里,在城区

29、育教学一线深刻领会与落实群众路线教育实践精神?我们全体教师在教育教学中,去进一步学习、领悟、践行,为推进社会主义建设贡献出每个人自己的一份力量,为教育的发展、国民素质的提高、人民生活的富裕多发一份光,一份热。我们从学校的实际出发,从学校的发展做起,从自己做起,紧密结合自己的工作实际,只有无愧于职责,无愧于使命,才无愧于党和人民,无愧于“群众路线教育实践”的要求。第一,加强理论学习,提高思想认识搞好教育实践活动,必须把加强理想信念学习教育放在突出位置。学习上级教育主管部门的各项决策部署,提高自身政治理论素质,进一步牢固树立理想信念、宗旨意识和群众观点,增强反对“四风”的思想自觉性和行动自觉性。第
