1、学习-好资料更多精品文档教 育 管 理 中 心 工作总结一年来,教育管理中心以十六届四中全会精神为指导,牢固树立科学的教育发展观,全面落实了各级教育工作会议任务要求,进一步深化教学改革,强化教学管理,把全镇教育教学工作推进到一个新阶段,收获了丰硕的成果,现就重点工作总结如下:一、实行科学化、人文化管理,全面塑造教育、教师形象1、开展“求真务实,严已律己”主题教育,广泛开展教育行风评议,推进教育“三风建设”;开展“廉洁清风进校园”主题教育活动,取信于民,塑造教育良好社会形象。开展“学高为人师,身正为人范”师德教育专题活动,积极倡导敬业爱岗、无私奉献精神。贯彻执行进一步加强党风廉政建设和行风建设的
2、意见,把行风建设与学校干部政治思想建设相结合,与树立良好的教育、教师形象相结合,与群众满意工程相结合,与端正教育思想和实践教育改革相结合。2、科学管理是使教育事业可持续、健康发展的根本保证,是保证学校教学工作有序开展的必要前提。进一步明确立章依据,完善执行程序,增加了制度建立的科学性,加大了用制度约束教学行为的可行性和责任认定、奖惩的实际操作性。3、扎实开展帮贫扶困工作,要求各校建立贫困生档案。各校认真开展“一免一补”和“五个一”活动,各校组织学生捐款,资助本校困难学生,受到了社会的广泛好评。4、校务公开是学校管理向社会透视的一面镜子,管理中心把校务公开作为开门办学的一个窗口和体现教育公平、民
3、主议事和规范行政的展示平台。收费标准、评优晋级、教师考核、经费收支等都公示以众,增加学校管理的规范化、制度化和透明度,取信于教师,取信于家长,取信于社会。二、深入推进课程改革,减负不减质,全面提升素质教育质量。学习-好资料更多精品文档1、加强学校德育工作。(1)加强德育队伍建设。强学习、改作风,提高依法治教的水平。不定期开展“群众满意度”调测,促使教师对每一课教学都认真,对每一位学生都负责,对每一个行为都自律,一学期来,无任何教学责任事故发生。并以工会工作为抓手,建立德育网络体系,引导教师正确面对新形势、新任务,摆正位置转换角色,自觉成为教育改革的实践者,不断把学到的知识运用于实践,努力提高依
4、法行政、依法治校、依法治教水平。(2)狠抓行为规范的养成教育。初中、小学以政教、团队活动为主阵地,积极开展日常行为规范养成教育。使全体师生思想上重视,行动上体现,评估中见效,逐步养成了自觉的行为习惯。大兴初中十分注重学生思想德育教育工作,一学期来开展了多项活动,丰富了学生们的课外生活,增长了学生的见识,加强了学生正确的思想观念。通过爱国主义教育活动,学生懂得了了解历史,不忘国耻,以先人高贵的拼搏精神来鞭策自己;通过讲文明话,做文明人活动,进一步提高了学生的自我素质,优化了校园语言环境;学校还组织开展了“提倡勤俭节约,反对铺张浪费”活动,美化了学生的心境,让学生更多的懂得了什么是节约美德,懂得了

13、质课,切实提高业务能力。(4)继续采用“请进来,走出去”的方法,增加全体教师直观感受新课改理念的机会。(5)深入开展教育科研,致力改进教学方式。继续配合新课改的实施,深入开展教育科研活动。三、扎实开展平安工程,全力打造平安学校1、健全组织,明确责任。中心成立以主任为组长的安全(平安校园)领导小组,中心与初中、小学签订了安全工作目标责任书。各校建立以班主任为安全信息员的安全管理网络,发现不安全因素,迅速上报,及早排除。举办了“安全教育”、“法制教育”、“珍爱生命、远离毒品”等专题图片展览。对学生经常性地进行教育,提高学生的自律、自护、自救能力。2、创设载体抓教育。初中建立“青少年法制学校”、小学

21、幼儿园坚持每月对食堂、商店从业人员进行安全、卫生知识培训。并对食堂、商店安全卫生工作进行不定期检查。3、建章立制重在防范。管理中心始终重视安全工作的制度建设,初中、小学根据各校实际情况和不同年龄学生的特点,订立严密、完整的学校安全专项制度。优化学校周边的治安环境,中心与派出所建立联防关系;各小学领导经常走访附近村、厂领导,协调与当地的关系,共同维护学校安全。四、积极推进托幼一体化工程,逐步完善学前教育体系1、加强幼托教育的规范管理,加大幼教网点调整力度。在认真学习和贯彻落实各级关于促进幼儿教育改革和发展意见的基础上,进一步规范办园(所)行为,完善幼教管理体制,建立健全的管理网络,优化运行机制,
22、使托幼教工作走上序列化、科学化、规范化的轨道。在确保学前三年教育入园率巩固提高的基础上,积极探索 03 岁幼儿早期教育。2、完善办园设施,优化育人环境。各幼儿园教师自己动手,创设与幼儿身心发展相适应的育人环境,给予孩子潜移默化的影响和熏陶,充分提供了孩子游戏、学习的天地,促进了幼儿身心健康发展。五、严格财务制度,规范收费行为从年初开始,中心就本着“开源节流”原则,着力,加强财务管理,严格财务审批制度,对经费支出实行精打细算,办公用品、招待费用、车辆接送等从严控制。对大宗物品采购和规模稍大的基建项目实行公开招标,程序规范。既增强了财务的民主透明度,杜绝了暗箱操作,又节约了经费,规范了财务,更体现
