9、 ZI3L10Y4N1S2文档编码:CD8H8O6P6A8 HX2E6T3D3H6 ZI3L10Y4N1S2文档编码:CD8H8O6P6A8 HX2E6T3D3H6 ZI3L10Y4N1S2从考察情况看,整个学校领导班子办学思想明确,团结协作,干事创业,一心一意谋发展、争先进。班子成员大部分素质较高、责任心较强,能够协调配合,各司其职、各负其责,全心全意干工作。学校能够认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策,坚持改革创新,全面推进素质教育,在教育教学、学校管理、学校建设、学生管理等各项工作中取得了显著成效。(二)学校存在的问题1、领导班子建设方面:(1)忙于繁琐的具体事务,放松了政治理论和业务知识的
10、学习,在思想建设工作和对教学的评估、指导上力不从心,正所谓“当了官,丢了业务”。(2)一些同志存在本位主义思想,对份外的工作关注不够;工作积极性不高、创造性不强,有时还表现出船到码头车到站的消极思想。(3)个别学校领导有令不行、有禁不止。(4)有些学校班子成员勾心斗角,搞内耗,拆台不补台。(5)有些学校领导老好人思想严重,遇到矛盾绕着走。(6)有个别学校领导见荣誉就上,缺乏公开、公正、公平气氛,民主作风不够。(7)个别学校有铺张浪费、花钱大手大脚、无视财政纪律现象。(8)部分校长在领导艺术上还需要加强,谈话方式、处理事情技巧等方面需要改进。(9)学校班子总结工作成绩多,查找不足、反思教训不够。

18、理、依法治校方面仍有欠缺,学校的重大决策虽都经教代会通过,但在执行过程中,监督不到位。3、教育教学方面:(1)受传统教育观念制约,学校没有从应试教育管理中跳出来,对教育教学仍用传统评价方式。有的学校仍在搞时间战、疲劳战,题海战术,搞得教师、学生身心疲惫。(2)强调教学多,对教研特别是课题研究少;重视国家、省级课题研究,轻视校本课题研究。(3)重视现代化教学设施添置,忽视管理使用。4、教师管理方面:(1)对教职工重视教学管理,忽视教师职业道德教育,致使部分教师师德不良、师风不正,拜金主义、享乐思想严重。有个别教师有“吃拿要”现象;为各种考试提供方便,败坏考风考纪,影响教师形象。(2)对教师安排工

26、 HX2E6T3D3H6 ZI3L10Y4N1S2文档编码:CD8H8O6P6A8 HX2E6T3D3H6 ZI3L10Y4N1S2就像是休息日、节假日补课的问题,教育局党组严加禁止,几乎每次重要会议都要讲,但是,学校在实际执行中是不是都按要求做到了?我看不一定,我们的教师和学生的休息日、节假日是缩水的,不够数。还有前一段人事制度改革工作,有些学校确实有压力,但在压力面前没有迎难而上,而大都存在畏难情绪,有求稳怕乱等待观望思想。面对改革,大家都在观望,困难让别人上,硬骨头等着别人啃,自己等着吃现成的,原地踏步,推一推动一动,不推不动,这决不是好现象,我想只要大家集思广益想办法、出主意,任何困难
27、都是能够解决的。还有一个非常突出的问题,就是县区骨干教师流失的问题。县区的事情为什么拿到市直校长培训班上讲,大家都很清楚,县区骨干教师绝大部分都是流到了我们这些市直学校,每年各县区骨干教师都是几十个几十个地流到市直学校,流失人数确实是触目惊心!今年人大会上人大代表已经提出了这个问题。市直学校有很多便利条件,一来可以靠自身的优势培养本校的年轻教师成为教学骨干,二来可靠优厚待遇,招到优秀的大学毕业生,几年时间就可以培养一批优秀的年轻教师。但是,我们的某些学校领导不发挥自己的优势培养自己的年轻教师,不引进大学毕业生,非要跑到县里去挖人家的墙脚,造成县区教育尤其是中学阶段教育每况愈下,步履维艰。搞教育
