1、农村初中学生英语阅读能力理论研究提升农村初中学生英语阅读能力的实践探究【摘要】“读”是初中英语四项基本技能之一,阅读能力是中学生运用英语的主要能力之一,也是学习英语的一个重要目的,因此阅读在英语教育教学中占有很重要的地位。学生的英语阅读能力差是农村初中英语教学质量较低的主要原因之一。我们竭力通过提升农村初中学生英语阅读能力实践探究,以提升英语教学质量,培养学生综合运用英语语言的能力,促进教师的专业发展。【关键词】阅读习惯阅读策略 阅读能力新课程标准指出初中英语主要是对学生进行英语的听、说、读、写的基本训练,培养学生在口头上和书面上初步运用英语的能力,为进一步学习和应用英语打下基础。在英语学习中
2、,阅读是一个极为重要的环节,随着素质教育的不断深入,中考试题的题型直接或间接地依赖于阅读能力。我们试图从积累词汇、丰富阅读材料、语法句型等入手,培养学生的阅读策略和良好的阅读习惯,从而提升学生的英语阅读能力。一、学生阅读能力现状阅读过程是一个积极思维的智力活动过程,它含有两个不同的发展阶段:辨认文字符号的感性认识阶段和升华到理解内容,吸收信息,创造性思维译码的理性认识阶段。当前农村初中的英语教师和学生把大量的精力和时间花在分析语法知识点上,而忽视对吸收信息和交际性阅读水平的培养。许多农村中学生在初中阶段根本没有读过英语读物,词汇成为许多学生阅读理解的最大障碍;缺乏阅读技能技巧,没有养成良好阅读
