Before turning on the machine(1) Machine Parts: A. Safety protection device is it working

Pushing rod or handle is it balance, the bolts installed are they loose?(2) Motor:A. Are the starting d
4、evice and the index lights working properly? B. Is the handle of the manual motor easy to rotate?2. Operating Check (1) Machine PartsA. Is the mine feeding process normal?B. Are they any debris or large pieces of ore that impact the mine feeding process?C. Is there any abnormal sound coming from the
5、 decelerator? Does the temperature of the decelerator keep rising?(2) MotorA. Is there any abnormal sound coming from the electric parts? Does the temperature of the electric parts keep rising?B. Is the electric current above the control cabinet working normally?2) The procedure to turn on and off t
6、he machine1. The procedure to turn on the machine(1) Follow the equipment check process and conduct equipment check (2) Caution about the switch on order. Press the switch on button after ensuring that the machine is ready to work2. The procedure to turn off the machineUpon receiving the switch off
7、order or emergency stop order on the machine, press the stop button right away to stop the machine from operating and then turn off the electric source inside the controlling cabinet.3) Note1. Following the production requirement to feed the mine evenly. The eccentric distance of the feeder should n
8、ot be adjusted 2. Cautious about the machine turn on and off order and make proper decision on how to handle the situation3. Each shift must follow the requirement and inspect the condition of the lubricating oil, add the lubricating oil as needed4. The ore warehouse should be closed to prevent ore
9、from damaging the feeder5. If wood, metal and other debris are found before they reach the feeder, stop the feeder right away. After picking up the wood, metal or other debris, turn on the machine to resume feeding the ore.400 x 600 Jaw Crusher Operation Procedures1) Preparatory work before starting
10、 the machine1. Check whether the chute of the crusher contains ore or debris2. Check whether the parts are properly lubricated, add lubricating oil as necessary3. Check whether there is anything that prevents the crusher from working properly. Check whether the safety protection shield is still vali
11、d and the lightings are in good working condition. If anything fails, fixed the problems first before start.4. Turn on the switch of the crusher, check the indicator light and meter to ensure that they are working. Make sure that the chute ore feeder is properly working.2) Start the Machine1. After
12、making sure that the crusher is able to start, press the switch on button on top of the control cabinet to allow the crusher to boot up.2. After the crusher is boot up properly, proceed with the following check:(1) Check whether there is any abnormal sound from the crusher(2) Check whether there is
13、any part or screw that is becoming loose. If abnormal situation is find, stop the machine right away to fix the problem(3) Check the electric voltage and current to see whether they are within the normal working limit(4) After ensuring the crusher is working properly, start feeding the ore(5) Feed t
14、he ore evenly; control the input around 20 30 MT per hours3) Stop the Machine1. Stop feeding the ore2. Wait till the crusher empty out the crushed ore first, then press the stop button above the control cabinet to stop the crusher from moving3. Turn off the switch of the crusher located inside the c
15、ontrol cabinet4. During the crushing process, if the crusher is blocked or is working in abnormal condition, stop the machine right away. Resolve the problem first then start the machine again. 4) Safety Precautions1. The operator must go through safety training2. During the crushing process, do not
16、 observe the machine from the top of the crusher3. During the crushing process, do not perform any cleaning or repairing tasks4. During the crushing process, do not insert hand(s) into the ore feeding opening of the crusher to spread out the ore5. The crusher is running at the best performance when
17、it is 2/3 full. Adjust the amount of ore feed into the crusher to ensure that the crusher is running at its best performance.Belt Conveyor Operation Procedures1) Perform the following check before start the machine1. Check whether the oil inside the decelerator is enough and whether the screws in an
18、y parts are loose2. Check the upper and lower roller to see whether they are in working condition, ensuring that the self-aligning roller are moving freely, and the belts are properly fastened and connected3. Clean the rollers and unsure there is no obstacle that will prevent the roller from operati
19、ng properly4. Check and make sure that the input and output ore funnels are not blocked5. Do not overload the belt conveyor. Before stop the conveyor, stop feeding the ore and wait till all ore are empted from the conveyor.2) Every shift has to check the equipment once every 15 minutes1. Check the b
20、earing and motor of the decelerator and make sure they are all working normally.2. Check whether the belt is still in proper position 3. Check gear box bearings, motors whether it is normal4. Check whether the space between the head and tail wheels are blocked with debris, the conveyor belt is tear
21、and the rollers are functioning5. Check whether the funnel is blocked. If it is blocked, find out the source of the problem; report the problem to resolve the issue.3) Perform your duty, after transport the raw material, carry out the spray process right away and deliver the raw material to the desi
22、gnated point.4) If the machine is malfunctioning during the checking process, do not insert your hand into the machine to fix the problem. Stop the machine first before conducting the repair procedures.5) Clean up the surrounding areas 1500 x 3600 Ball Mill Safety Operation Procedures1) Maintenance
23、check before starting the machine1. The body of the machine and the transmission system(1) Check whether there is any part or screw that is becoming loose. Manhole cover, material input device is working properly.(2) Check whether the decelerator is functioning normally, the spoon head looks normal,
24、 the screws are properly tightened(3) Check whether the safety protection device is working, and whether there is anything that prevents the machine from functioning well. 2. Lubricating System(1) Check whether the lubricating oil for the hollow shift is in within the requirement, oil for the gear h
25、as reached the required level (2) Check whether the oil for the decelerator is within the requirement, whether the lubricating oil is still clean3. Motor(1) Is the low voltage cabinet functioning well? Is the signal and meter functioning as required?(2) Is the wiring working properly? Is there enoug
26、h grease for the bearing of the motor? Is the mine brushing condition looks normal?2) To start the machineBefore press the start button, make sure there is nothing that will obstruct the machine from functioning normally. 3) To stop the machineBefore press the stop button, wait 5 to 10 minutes till
27、the machine empties the mine, and then turn off the power source.4) Stop the machine immediately if:4. 5 seconds after start, the frequency sensitive rheostat of the AC contactor is not turn on or it is turned on but the electric meter indicates that it is over the limit and the speed of the rotatio
28、n is not normal.5. The main bearing vibrates too much or the temperature of the main bearing raised more than 60 degree and it continues to rise. 6. The lining, human orifice, rotating parts and other connecting bolts start to become loose or fall off. 7. The grinding parts or liner start to wear an
29、d tear.8. The other parts of the mill, such as connecting bolts become loose, which affects the production to operate safely.FC-1500 Grading Machine Safety Operation Procedures1) Checking the Machine 1. Check before operating the machine(1) Whether the spiral blade is still intact(2) Whether the tan
30、k is blocked or leaked.(3) Is there enough oil for the decelerator, is the oil still clean?(4) Whether the drive belt is still intact and not twisted.(5) Whether the connecting bolt is loosed. Is the protection shield properly Fastened2. During the operation(1) Is the spiral blade rotate smoothly(2)
31、 Check whether the upper and lower axle generate unusual sound when rotating(3) Is the temperature of the decelerator too high or is there any oil leaking2) The sequence to start and stop the machine1. To start the machine(1) Lift up the spiral shaft(2) After rotating 1 to 2 times, is the rotating l
32、ooks smooth?(3) After the machine is boot up, pull down the spiral shaft (when pulling down the spiral shaft, using intermittent on and off method)2. To stop the machine(1) Stop the mill first and wait till the grinded ore total processed and emptied out of the grading machine, then stop the machine
33、(2) Press the stop button to stop the spiral shaft from moving(3) Lift up the spiral shaft to the specific position, the spiral shaft should not cover by the grinded ore3) Repair and Maintenance1. Oil nozzle should be filled once in every shift2. Big and small gear should be lubricated once in every
34、 shift3. The oil level of the decelerator should be checked once in every shift. The oil should be filled once a year, the oil container should be cleaned and new oil should be added at least once every 2 years.4. To increase the efficiency of the decelerator, the decelerator should be checked once
35、a week, filled with oil once every year, cleaned and replaced with new oil once every 2 years. Flotation Machine Safety Operation Procedures1) Checking The Machine1. Check before operating the machine(1) Check to see whether the gap between the impeller Cover is in proper distance(2) Check to see wh
36、ether the impeller motor is stuck(3) Check to see whether the water chute is leaking, whether there is any debris in the chute and whether the Scraper shaft is intact(4) Check to see whether the belt is loose, over-tighten or tear(5) Check to see the fastening bolts are loose2. During the operation
37、(check every 30 minutes)(1) Check whether the vertical axis is vibrating(2) Check whether the scraper is rotating properly(3) Check whether there is any crush sound inside the flotation chute(4) Check whether the sucking power is evenly distributed in each flotation machine2) The sequence to start t
38、he machine1. After rotating 1 to 2 times, is the rotating looks smooth?2. Press the start button to start the flotation machine and xxx3. The start sequences are: Fine selection 3, fine selection 2, fine selection 1, rough selection and screen selection4. Wait for the flotation machine to function p
39、roperly before start the stirring tank and feed the ore3) The sequence to stop the machine1. Stop the stirring tank first then stop the flotation machine2. The stop sequences are: rough selection, screen selection, fine selection 1, fine selection 2, fine selection 3, then stop scraper3. Stop adding
40、 the chemicals into the stirring tank. Clean up the surrounding areaPress Filter Safety Operation Procedures1) Checking The Machine before starting the machine1. Is the fuel tank oil level normal2. Is the manual valve between the fuel tank and the oil pump open?3. Is there any sediments that stuck a
41、t the bottom and block the filter4. Ensure that there is nothing in the surrounding that would affect the machine to operate normally2) To start the machine1. Open the raw material input valve2. Select the operation method and press the start button3. After start the machine, check whether the oil p
42、ipe that transmit the oil that returned back to the fuel bank and make sure it is clean4. Is the oil pipe leaking3) Items to pay attention to when operating the machine1. Does the machine generate unusual sound2. Is the raw material input valve functioning properly? Is the temperature of the machine
43、 stays normal?3. Are there any bolts becoming loosen?4. Is the filtering cloth tear?4) To stop the machine1. Close the raw material input valve. Turn on the back-flow switch of the mine slurry 2. Press the stop button and turn off the power source3. Wait for 3 minutes and open the filter plate4. Tak
44、e out the concentrates stuck on the filtering cloth and stretch the filtering cloth5) Safety precaution1. Do not perform any cleaning, repairing and maintenance services when the machine is running2. During the pressing process, no one should go close to the filter plate in order to prevent the any
45、injury cause due to accidental splashing of the mine slurry3. Keep the surrounding area cleanSlurry Pump Safety Operation Procedures1) Items to pay attention 1. Before switching on the pump, turn the shaft to the proper positioned. This is to prevent slurry from blocking the machine and overheat the
46、 electric parts2. When the pump is stop more than 8 hours, make sure the electric insulator is checked before switching on the pump3. Make sure the safety protection shield is intact4. Do not splash the water on the pump to cool down the bearing of the pump5. After repairing the electric part, make
47、sure the director that the motor rotates is the right direction, or it will loosen the impeller and bearing and cause accident to happen2) Checking the machine before operating1. Check whether the water seal water is normal and the lubricating grease has met the required position2. Check whether the
48、 slurry is fill more than half of the pool3. Check whether the motor is working properly and the voltage is normal4. Check whether the slurry input valve is open and whether the slurry is able to enter the pump5. Check the exhaustion and see whether any slurry is leaking out of the exhaustion pipe (this is very important especially during the initial start of the machine)3) Checking during the operation process1. Check the pool, make sure that the pump is not sucking in air and the p
