1、转化后进生档案胜利第*中学八年级*班班主任20XX年 9 月 1 日2008-20XX 年度第一 学期转化后进生计划班级后进生状况我们班学习后进的学生总计约有14 人,这些学生的特点基本相仿,热爱劳动、关心集体、与同学相处的非常融洽。但是缺乏学习的意志品质,自我约束能力较差,学习成绩较差。这些学生的学习积极性都不太高,并且自制力较其他学生来说较差,学习时不认真,接受知识较慢,在学习的过程中没有形成良好的学习习惯。他们的作业完成状况不理想,质量也不如其他同学。一部分学生是因为家长无法做配合,极少数是因为智力因素。转化设想措施我准备因材施教,首先找出导致形成后进的原因,有针对性的耐心辅导,以鼓励为
