10、方收取的承租押金(壹仟伍佰元整)在扣除应由乙方承担的费用后,剩余部分归还乙方,押金不计利息。4.2租赁期间,该房屋所发生的水、电、通讯、和其他有关费用由乙方承担。若该房屋出租期间甲方产生一切相关税费,乙方同意另外支付该费用。房屋出现大的、非乙方使用所造成的损坏所产生的维修费用,由甲方承担,(包括墙体裂缝、基础下沉、房屋漏雨渗水等。)五、房屋使用要求和维修责任 5.1租赁期间,乙方发现该物业及其附属设施有损坏或故障时,应及时通知甲方修复;属于甲方维修范围需要进行大修时,若因维修工作对乙方的营业造成较大和较长时间的影响,甚至导致乙方完全无法营业,甲方同意在乙方受影响期间适当减少或免除乙方的部分租金
