2、国眼睛不好的人数居然仅次于世界第一的日本,因此也被称为“中国眼”。我国的盲人达到了500万,占全世界盲人总数的18%;而且每年约有 45 万人失明,这意味着几乎每分钟就会出现一例新的盲人。我国的近视率达到了1000 万。保护视力刻不容缓,为此,我呼吁:为了你能继续拥有一双明亮的眼睛,为了你能拥有更明净的天空,每一位同学都要把保护眼睛的信念牢记心中,都要把爱护眼睛的要求落实到自己的日常行为中。为此,我建议大家作到如下几点:1、始终保持教室内充足的光线,光线不足时要及时开灯。2、看电视和操作电脑时,要保持一定用眼距离和坐姿的端正。眼保健操要正确到位。3、养成良好的读书写字习惯,读写姿势要端正,背部
